Sprint service is horrible at my house and on 277. Their customer service is worst than their service. I don't want a new contract or pay for a new phone. I did my part and paid for a contract. Now that I am out of my contract I need for Sprint to to their part. I wouldn't suggest their company to anyone!

Never a dropped call or lack of signal. They are approx. double the cost of the next guy but while my friends are holding up their phones to get 1 more bare, I'm talking and surfing the web.

I'm in north Charlotte, Derita. 3G was awful. Since they upgraded their towers, I decided to try the LTE, upgrade my iPhone, it's its been great! I pick up LTE just about every where north of Uptown, only spot that stands out with just 3G and it not picking up 3G is NoDa. Northlake, University, Sugar Creek, NTryon... Not sure of anything south of Uptown. First time I'd ever recommend Sprint.

I have absolutely no Sprint service in any of my buildings at work (South Charlotte). This is a constant issue with Sprint. Verizon coworkers have a great signal in the same area.

Constantly Dropping calls all over Highland Creek. Sprint says they are upgrading towers should be fixed by end of day. That was 2weeks ago. At end of contract considering a change. I work from home need phone to work. Its costing me clients,

AT&T

Calls typically drop once I reach this area. Otherwise, good service the rest of Charlotte (which I will indicate in another review)

Hard time making or receiving calls inside the house. Data is very slow. VZ works well at our house but I dont want to pay x2 what I m paying now. The only reason I m still with Sprint is the Sero Account that is very cheap. Also, I live in LTE area but I have yet to experiance it! I hope they do something about it soon.

In the last few months I have noticed a big improvement in my data connection. My data connection used to be horribly slow during rush hour to the point of being unusable, but I noticed that they have updated their towers with something called EHRPD. Now my mobile data is MUCH better and more consistent during my commute. On the other hand, I miss a fair number of phone calls during rush hour. That's as much of a benefit as a problem though since I hate talking on the phone! Outside rush hour everything is flawless.

Awful reception in all of Charlotte (at least inside buildings). I have lived near downtown and out Harris Blvd.the past 5 years and had numerous dropped calls. I have to go outside to talk on the phone most of the time as I get little or no signal inside. I work off Yorkmont near Tyvola Rd.and the same thing happens there. Sprint has a really lousy signal when you consider the fact that I have always lived or worked off a major road.

Dropped calls all day long. We are constantly asking callers to repeat themselves the signal is horrible. We are no longer under contract thus we are shopping around for better service. We have been with Sprint a very long time but cannot continue with such bad reception service.

i get 2 bars outside. when i'm inside of the building next to the window..I get 0 bar. It drains the battery alot cuz it doesn't get much signal. my friend had a at&t(horrible customer service though) phone... get 2-3 bars. same thing for other locations..when i'm outside..i get 2 bars..inside..0 to 1 bar. i will call Sprint customer service and see what happens...

Reception is generally very good outdoors and in smaller buildings in Charlotte. I usually get about 4 bars everywhere in the city. I have also noticed a significant increase of service inside buildings on campus over the past 2 months. 3G speeds run between 2 and 4 Mbps.

In the Highland Creek area you can have your phone in one spot and see your bars constantly move from zero bars to 3 bars. Bad coverage here.

Love my new Sansung Sunburst, but will be returning it tonight. Looks great, takes a good picture, but no reception in my office and drops calls on campus and on the road back to Concord each day. My KRZR works great, so I am digging it out of the drawer and will continue to use it until I can find a GOOD replacement.
