Verizon
Major road to enter and exit my neighborhood. Verizons coverage used to be 5 bars, for the last 1.5 years I t’s been 1-2 bar’s. They’ve suggested I change carriers as they don’t have plans to support the area better.

At Crosshaven and Glen Abbey there is no reception with Verizon. They’ve told me to switch carriers because they don’t plan to fix it.

It seems like all of Fort Mill has terrible reception with Verizon. I don't know what is going on. We have been here since 2016 and still bad reception.

Since my service works off AT&T tower, its been bad two nights (4:00-6:00) in a row. Up until 11 / 19, its been great. Not sure if heavy use at those times has a bearing or not.

AT&T has always been horrible in south Ballantyne (I've lived here since 2000). The phone bounces between no service and 1 bar at the highest point in the house. I currently have a catch-22 situation: my AT&T fiber is currently out and I can't get a tech onsite for 3 days. I'm trying to use my iPhone's hotspot, but AT&T's poor cell service takes that off the table. I don't understand how Ballantyne has such poor cell service with so many mega-rich families living in the area.

Service goes totally out from 1 bar on 4G to 1x to finally To NO service available. I can't make calls, get voicemail or use data. I only can connect to my wifi to use my phone and even then I still can't get voicemail. Service cost too much for me not to be able to use it and have to connect to WiFi for my $1300 phone to be functional!

If you are old enough to remember the TV show "Green Acres", then you remember that when Mr. Douglas wanted to use the telephone, he had to climb a telephone pole. I feel the same way in my neighborhood and house. No service until I leave the neighborhood. I have to keep a land line or I would have no phone at home. Have verified through multiple sources that the problem is AT&T. If I want my cell phone to work at home, I have to switch carriers. I remember when AT&T was the best. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I have Verizon for over 10 years and service is getting worse and worse each year passes by. I remember Verizon being excellent and I was happy to pay more for great network, but over the years Verizon is going down hill. Now I pay a lot for crappy service. Currently shopping for a better network!
