Rarely do I get reception in my house. When I moved here I had ATT and it was bad, so I switched to Verizon. It worked great for awhile, but now I get maybe 1 bar if I'm Lucy and that is outside my house and it drops almost every call. I'm switching to something else. Don't recommend Verizon at all.ive made several calls to resolve the issue and they only made it worse. Was this review helpful to you?
One bar and slow connection come on T-Mobile get your act together. Was this review helpful to you?
When I first moved here 2 years ago the service was "okay" 3-4 bars was the average and occasionally it would dip to 2-1 and the 4G connection was pretty solid. BUT for about the last 4 months the service has been horrible. Streaming in HD is out of the question and the download speeds are very slow! And as of 3 days ago, the 4G LTE service is completely down. No 4G connection whatsoever. Once I get about 5 miles away heading towards Wilmington, the connection is fine. Verizon needs to fix this ASAP!Was this review helpful to you?
I have never experienced such a pitiful signal as I have in Wilmington. It doesn't matter where I am. I never ever have more than two bars. Phone calls are missed. Text might send, keyword is MIGHT. Using social media or looking up a restaurant? Not with Sprint service in this town. Truly disappointedWas this review helpful to you?

When at home in Landfall, we are on 1x with one, maybe two bars. 1x will go away eventually so I don't know what will happen. We had 4g with three to four bars until Hurricane Matthew. Verizon claims there are 7 towers nearby (one within.2 mi) but service in this area is "extremely poor". Switched to Wi-Fi calling with very little success. They have "escalated" our issue again. 15 year loyalty and $400 per month means very little to the folks at Verizon. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone thinking about it, but do not know if any other carrier is any better. #timeforachange #growwiththeworldWas this review helpful to you?
Reception in this area has always been poor... seems to be getting worse... used to be 2 bar... now consistently 1 bar... with expense of phone consistently going up, no reception renders phone no good... population / building exploding in this area... perfect area for new tower-old coast guard station on river roadWas this review helpful to you?
1 or 2 bars usually 1 bar. Using my phone to talk is horrible. I have to use my landline. Day 1 I have experienced very bad reception, but I was told more towers are being built in our area and by the end of 2015 it would be better. Six months later the service has not changed at all. I can talk outside all day long but not in my houseWas this review helpful to you?

When visiting the campground I have either no service or at times one or two bars. Have to be outside to make calls (when I get service) and use internet. Not happy, as I spend a good bit of time there in the spring and fall. Service is great at my home in Charlotte. Was this review helpful to you?
