Reception was Poor until I obtained a signal booster (free) from T-Mobile for my house. They know they have a problem, but don't seem to want to take steps to improve coverage. I use an HTC 8X. My wife uses an iPhone on Verizon and has no problems at all. I am considering switching to Republic Wireless which uses WiFi for primary, and reverts to cellular if no WiFi available - only problem is it uses Sprint network and I am afraid they would be worse than T-Mobile.

I used Verizon for years but moved to Sprint for their better business practices. Unfortunately my reception is much less and now have many dropped calls.

I usually get just one bar in a specific point in my bedroom - everywhere else indoors I can't get any bars at all. Going outside it usually hovers between 1 and 3 bars.

I hace next to no Dropped Calls and service ever. The service is courtious in my estimation. It works all over the world. Just bought new IPhone and I belive there were better incentives. Been with them 30 years. I know they can be evil but he coverage has been great. Looking forwrd to my 5.5 inch screen.

I have a few months left of my 2-year contract. Service has been terrible for the past 4 months and I can't wait to leave. No matter where I am in Atl it other cities the signal goes and comes every few minutes and I can't text, call, or use internet!

Zero reception in the grant park area, calls drop even when outside. It's ridiculous to pay so much for poor coverage. When the Braves are playing, you can forget, your phone might as well be a paper weight because zero calls are coming through.

My Hotspot signal was awesome for 2 years that I worked on 10th St. between Juniper and Piedmont. I was getting LTE speeds between 10-14mbps CONSTANT!, life was good. On or around November 2013, I went from a constant FULL signal to one bar. I thought it was my device so I upgraded my Elevate 4G MiFi 754S to a brand spanking new Unite. When I arrived at work, I was saddened that it had the same problem of 1 bar. Odd thing, Download speeds were 0.5mbps, no, not a typo. ZERO POINT 5mbps! Odd part was the upload speeds of 4.0mbps so started the long calls to tech support, 6 to be exact. Each one said they would elevate my ticket to the people that check the towers, that was a month ago, still nothing. The very last time I called, they stated there was a "sub-Ticket" which supposedly meant that someone found an issue, 30 days later, 5 / 11 / 14, still 1 bar. I dont want to move carriers but I'm going to try Verizon, there is a $35 restocking fee but I'm sooooo curious, Ill let ya know!

Used to get 4 to 5 bars here. In the last few months (same phone) signal has deteriorated to 1-2 bars with dropped calls. Signal strength -95 to -105 dBm
