My office locates on the top floor of this building, got no reception in the office, hall way or next to the window. All other carrier's phones work fine include Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint. ATT refused to admit that they have any dead spot in my area, instead they claimed that it's under the "best coverage" and refused to do anything about it. I was locked by their contract, can't wait to get rid of ATT.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon stated this is a limited marginal coverage are and signal is weak. Also, it will get weaker as there becomes more traffic. Suggested that I! BUY some extender to put in my house! NO! I will just drop them and there better not be a penalty. I've been with them for 4 years and NOW have a problem. I think they've gone over there heads in selling these smart phones! I'm sure they are taking up more signal space than expected or they just don't care! As long as they can make more money off of these gadget phones. Sucks! Was this review helpful to you?
Recently moved to Atlanta and I get no reception at all inside or outside of my house. Called AT&T and they told me it was a "moderate" service area. I live in the middle of Atlanta. Horrible customer service. I've had AT&T for almost 10 years and they didn't even try to stop me when I said I was switching to Verizon...Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T is horrible! In East Atlanta Village, 2 miles from downtown Atlanta, when on the street, I often get 1 bar of cell service and calls commonly drop. 3G is very spotty- and it often switches back and forth between 3G, Edge, and nothing. After 3 years of putting up with AT&T's poor service and contempt for their customers, I am ending my service with them this week. Was this review helpful to you?
The past six months, AT&T has gotten progressively worse. Working from home, I see my bars go from 1 to 2.. unacceptable. switching to Verizon and an iphone. Was this review helpful to you?
Only 3 bars on my Blackberry 8530 purchased thru Boostmobile provider on Cleveland Avenue.Online video performance is choppy due to constant buffering.Sometimes turning a page online results in a communication error dialogue box before I reclick and the page then turns.Absolutely no service in Kroger just a couple miles from where I bought the phone.Off and on service in DeKalb Farmer's Market.3G service EATS in East Point-same issues with my VirginMobile2Go broadband service. Was this review helpful to you?
Starting around August, can only talk in three places in my house: outside on the porch and it's blasted hot, or crammed up against a window in my kitchen or sunroom. We're missing work calls, Dr. calls, and calls from the school. AT&T told my spouse, "oh, I see we have a tower out - it's scheduled to be fixed next week." Now it comes out in the media that service could be bad "until the first of the year". With that news, why wouldn't I switch to another carrier? Was this review helpful to you?
My reception is great everywhere else but anywhere in the East Point area there's a delay with me receiving my 3G, phone calls and my messaging. Was this review helpful to you?
Satisfied with VZW service here. I think I've only dropped one call here in 2.5 years. Put an average rating for signal because my phone shows 2 bars out of 4... although HTC Incredibles are known to have subpar reception. Was this review helpful to you?
Switched to Credomobile because I was fed up with AT and T. Credo uses Sprint network. I didn't realize Sprint coverage was so poor in Atlanta. I can't get reliable reception in my 11th floor apt.Was this review helpful to you?
