I spend a lot of time at Winship Cancer Institute. I have to step outside to get reception.

I have to keep a home phone because I cannot use my cell reliably at home. I have to walk about 10 minutes away in order to get a signal most of the time. For some reason, I can sometimes receive a text message, but then I cannot respond, so I have to call them from my home phone which defeats the point of texting.

Very spotty coverage, and incredibly poor customer service.

The heart of midtown Atlanta. Piedmont Park. Here we are 2017. One bar to no service on a flagship phone. Open Signal shows multiple towers, apparently they are all crap. Switching to Verizon based on reviews.

I sometimes have to walk to a certain area in my home to talk on the cell phone. I can have 4 bars and suddenly drops to 1 or 2. Calls sometimes get dropped. People I am calling often complain about not being able to hear me.

My husband gets allost no reception inside and outside of his work building. He states the reception as many Emory campuses is terrible. We will switch carriers.
