I cannot get signal at my farm with AT&T, my friends that come over can get 4G LTE and stream video with their Verizon service. I have to drive over 1000 feet to get 1 signal bar. I am going to have to switch carriers it appears.

Service is very unreliable and spotty, always an echo and delay if you can hear at all, often cannot hear either way. People cannot hear me and ask me to repeat my self over and over. Calls are often dropped. Calls often will not go through at all. Company even sent a Network extender to help, but it did not really help.

Reception very bad. When trying to talk on phone have to find a spot in house where it will pick up. Then can’t move or you can’t here. And constantly saying can you here me. Wish we could get a tower somewhere closer to us. We don’t have trees or metal roof and we are on a hill. Hate paying for such bad service.

For the amount of money I pay each money for my cell service with Verizon the coverage is a joke. I live in town and my phone has spotty reception. I have to make sure my phone is connected to my home wi-fi. At work... two minutes away from my home and still in town my phone does not work at all. I have to walk out of the building to my car and 1 / 2 the time that doesn’t work. Texts will not send, calls drop, apps will not load or update, etc.
