Coverage continues to decline as it has since the Alltel / Verizon conversion. Most days we barely hold 1 bar of service. It’s a shame with the amount of land available for towers and coverage to be expanded in rural areas which desperately need coverage. Verizon should provide coverage for the customers in these rural areas as we pay for our service just as much as those customers in bigger cities... which are a lower operational cost burden for Verizon on coverage.

Have difficulty with service on cell phones. Sometimes says no service when we are near WiFi and have 4G. Sometimes phones say calls didn’t go when they did. At home WiFi sometimes doesn’t work. Videos won’t load. I switch on and off airplane mode, turn phone on and off. Take battery in and out. Still the same for the phone as before.

Live on Mulberry St. of Hwy. 24 in Alexander Ga and the service here is horrible. I actually dont get any decent service until I get back to the city of Waynesboro 10 miles away. When I've contacted Verizon about this I pretty much get just a sorry for your luck response

Verizon customer since 1997. Always had decent service until November 2018. Now calls are dropped and data is non-existent in and near Herndon, GA. Time to consider dropping Verizon. Sort of feels like the pre cell phone days... sort of liberating really.

Yup price of plans go up BUT cell reception goes down. I'm a 1 1 / 2 mile from tower. They kept telling me it was my phone. Now have brand new phone is cell reception STILL sucks. Folks u need to STOP buying phones from Verizon n buy UNLOCKED phones online, Radio Shack or BestBuy. Stop feeding these bums $ to be locked in to their crummy cell reception, maybe the corporate beast will get a clue.

I live near brooklet in the country and my service is not bad but WHENEVER I come into Statesboro the service ALWAYS SUCKS I’m paying a lot for bad service it takes forever to search anything online and my apps take forever to load Verizon you can and should do better than this for the amount you charge.
