Only one bar - makes no difference where I am inside or outside. I can be sitting dead still, and it will go from one bar to no service at all. I also have a landline that also craps out on me st the thought of cloud cover. WHY IN GOD'S NAME DO I PAY FOR THIS CRAP?? AT&T SUCKS!

I am about to move to this spot and there is NO reception at all in the yard period. where I'm moving from AT&T was the only carrier that worked and now at my new home it doesn't at all. and I really love AT&T. I guess I gotta try to find something else which is probably NOTHING! I guess I have to get a land line or internet phone for when I'm home.

I have been with Verizon since Alltel sold out and always had great service until Hurricane Matthew. Since then I have to call people 5 to 6 times before the call connects. 75% if my calls if not more drop. Text messages take forever to send or receive. I have the network extender box which helped at the beginning but now I can use it for target practice because that's all it's worth to me. Verizon claims to have the best coverage around... ..thats a joke. If they have the best then we are screwed. Tech support says each tower is good for a seven mile radius. Apparently if you live just outside city limits your not within 7 miles of any of the towers. With the money Verizon charges for service, you would think they could afford more towers. I SURE DO MISS ALTELL! THEY had the BEST SERVICE! FOR SHAME VERIZON... ..FOR SHAME! Can you hear me now of course not because we have no signal. Your service is terrible and you SUCK!

Used to have great device at our home. Since about June 2017 can barely use the phone, Inside or outside. It's like once you leave city limits coverage drops. Paying way too much for 4 phones that are basically useless! 2 LG phones and 2 iPhones. All having issues.

, I used to love Verizon no problems but in the last several months I have poor poor reception calls drop and when the phone rings you won't hear it it constantly goes out and I'm surrounded by several Towers but to hear Verizon said they don't know what the problem is their phones I have gone to hell and got the most expensive phone there is and it's worse than any flip phone ever and been with them for almost 20 years but thinking about going to AT&T or Cricket I have certainly been offered to bring my five phones over to Cricket for 150 per month unlimited Verizon I don't use any data at all and paying close to 400 even on the smallest plan
