my old phone used to pick up at work and inside our building.recently though verizons coverage out here has dropped to nearly nothing.1 bar of 1x is all I get most of the time.i literally have to leave my phone plugged up so it dosent die searching for signal.and on lucky days when I get 3g I still cant use internet because it says I'm not connected.

Absolutely Horrible! Constant dropped calls, sometimes the phone won't even ring. When you do get through either you or the person you are speaking with sound like a robot!

Started Verizon over 5 yrs ago. Always limited cell service at home. However, could send and receive texts. Got home phone connect due to problems with dropped cell calls. In last 4 months home phone connect will not work, texts will not send or receive, and unable to access voicemail. I have purchased new cell and home phones. Still no improvement of service. My friends and family are in WV, PA and VA. I have to wait for my husband to come home to use his AT&T cell.

We had poor but useable service with Verizon. Got new Samsung galaxy 4 phones with ATT, and have just about no service... ... can get connection in one corner of one room sometimes.

I have Verizon, drop call s are a norm. Put on the extender to make it better. Just more crap, does not work. First night we tried to use the extender it dropped 8 times before the person I was calling called me on my house phone.

Got good service with my version (convey 3) phone until Alltel started switching over to AT&T now drop calls roaming all the time and draining battery.

I was with Alltel until the switch to AT&T due to their merge. I had decent cell service until today. Now that I am with AT&T I have absolutely NO service

Keep being told new towers going up but unable to use phone where I live. Zero bars, sometimes one for short while, use Zynga to message without trouble, was told because use wifi..whatever. Looking for end contract and explore options.
