Much of the time my phone is Searching for Service. It is really bad when the weather is overcast or raining. I complained to Sprint and Straight Talk after I got my phone and was told there was nothing they could do. I was told if I wanted good reception that I need to change carrier.

Very poor reception 5 to 10 mile radius of the entire Kite area.The tv commercial of ( can you hear me now )was rite.may be if you hold it high enough in the air,you can talk for a moment. but hurry!

Verizon is supposed to be the best in Statesboro, but I rarely get 4 bars, usually 2 or 3 bars. I also receive the 4G signal. Generally, I don't get dropped calls.

We cannot get more then 2 bars inside our house. Most calls are dropped within a minute. If the call isn't dropped we do a lot of the "Can you hear me now?" stuff which is extremely frustrating. If I walk out to my mailbox I can make and receive calls with at least 3 or 4 bars. I know others are having trouble too because we constantly see people out on their driveways making phone calls.

cant get internet on a aircard,drop calls all the time and no internet service. Called Verizon all the time and no luck. Using way to much data time searching for tower. Sick of them, its the modern age no excuse for this. Waynesboro has a nucelar Plant and no internt service 5 miles from the plant! unheard of. Very angry

i will switch carrier as soon as my contract is up, at times I have 2, 3 or even 4 bars and try to make a call and all I get is the "emergency calls only" msg, had Verizon before and calls often went straight to voicemail even though I had both phones in my hand and both showed bars!

Poor outdoors. Indoors it's basically a dead zone. Once in a blue moon I get a signal but it's dropped in short order.
