Terrible service on NAS JAX Base. Barley get 1 Bar and that's standing outside. How dare they do this to the service members.

I installed my 5G internet hub about 9 months ago. First 7 months, no problem. Great signal strength, fast throughput speed, super bandwidth. Last 2 months are a total catastrophe. Don't know what has happened to T-mobile's towers in the area, but, calls dropped, internet signal dropouts, very poor cellular quality analytics. Seems that the n41 channel on 5G is having a BIG PROBLEM. Called T-Mobile tech support about 20 times now on the same problem. Always a new support ticket opened. Never a resolution or explanation of when it will be fixed. Hope T-Mobile gets their act together soon. Looking at getting a Starlink setup as soon as they become available for my area.

I'm not sure what's going on around here but everyone I talk to have no cell service not just T-Mobile multiple carriers are affected and have been for 3 weeks

Slow Connection for the past 6 years. Still poor connection. Needs to be fixed asap

Cannot pick up any service out here. I see towers all over, but I cannot even pick up one bar. No cell service, no mobile data, if you have Metro you will have no service on CR 305 / CR 2006

Best I can get is 2 bars. Mostly 1 bar. Why hasn’t AT&T expanded coverage in west Jacksonville?

call keep dropping people cant hear me or it will say 3G or emergency call only,imagine you kids try to get in touch with you and your phone cant receive no call, terrible phone service.

Went to ask about upgrades for my phone on our Sprint line that we've had for several years. Was talked into an upgrade that they did not disclose was for a phone I'd never pay off and asked to not proceed. They explained that because we paid off our phones we weren't eligible for any upgrades. I asked for a refund and to keep my current phone and when I left the store was told that they'd process the refund. I then discover that they cancelled my line altogether. I had to go back back twice in order to get my line restored with no one being able to explain how this happened. Now I've discovered that of the $180.89 charged to my account, they only refunded $159.49 and told me they cannot explain how they skimmed $21.50 off the refund. They seem like friendly enough guys but this is quickly becoming one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go to a different store or better yet, a different provider. I know I'm seriously considering cancelling altogether due to having to wait until Friday to go on trip #4 to this store because they skimmed $21.50 off the refund for an interaction where I never wanted to be high pressured into "buying" a phone with no applicable deals available. Just an awful experience.

I have Verizon Wireless and get excellent service. My oldest son changed carriers he had AT&T and I proved to him that Verizon was superior time after time. My other son has T-Mobile he has to leave his phone on the front porch to receive any signal at all. Over the years we have had many friends and family over the years. Verizon is the only one that has reception anywhere in my home bar none. It may cost more but its worth it
