AT&T
IPHONE. Cannot get dependable signal. I am on the third floor with exposure to all compass directions. When I do get a signal it is very weak and slow. Dropped phone calls, frequently. I have 2 iPhones. 3G is all I can pick up here.

Celluar signal is unreliable for 3 carriers (TMobile, ATT, and Verizon).

I switched from AT&T early in 2018 because I wanted to try Verizon out with my new iPhone X’s. WRONG MOVE! I’ve had to unravel so many issues with a new account including set up, billing, and false promises that I didn’t notice how poor my signal was. At times my voice quality was so bad that people couldn’t understand a word I was saying. To top it off I was just recently “Dprioritized” this last weekend because of the 50+ Florida plan I’m on. This caused one of my important call voicemails to take 30 minutes to get to my phone. I had to call corporate to get a call extender. Even with a call extender connected my problems are still there. After 2-3 calls to Corporate I have been released from my contract. Verizon is aware that signal is up and down all over East Arlington yet has no plans to do anything about it in the foreseeable future. I believe that because Verizon operates on CDMA while most of their competitors are running on the worldwide GSM bands forbids them from placing more towers at this time.

AT&T coverage in this area is extremely poor. It is frustrating to use the cell phone with only one bar, calls get dropped frequently. I was told by AT&T to download the app "Mark the Spot", to tell them any time I have a problem with a call. I have lost count of how many times a day I submit a complaint without a solution or response from A&TT. I'm very frustrated with its coverage and I feel they do not care for their customer.

For more than 11 years I had no complaints. Since the hurricane last year I have a very poor signal and keep losing internet. I'm reduced to 3g and 1x in the same place I've been living in for 8 years. I even bought a new phone in case that was part of the problem.
