The saddest cell service. But the cheapest! Was this review helpful to you?
My rating is the same as my coverage for a majority of the time I am using my AT&T cell phone. Had T Mobile for 13 years can't wait to switch back. The customer service is not bad but the coverage is horrible and I am tired of paying for service I just simply can't use. Wasting money is just plain dumb. Was this review helpful to you?
Our reception depends on which way the wind blows. If we stand in the yard on the west side of our house, we can sometimes get enough Georgia signal to send text messages. Forget SMS or MMS as they are not going through. Frequently, when messages do arrive, they come in a group and were sent way earlier. This is extremely aggravating as AT&T swears they have great service in this area. Never have, and over the years it has gotten where I cannot carry a phone conversation from Macclenny to Baldwin on US 90 or on I-10, don't even think about trying to carry a call up CR 121.Was this review helpful to you?
Never more than 1 bar of signal strength on my Android device. Calls work fine. Using the web and browsing outside my home WiFi is very slow. Sure would be nice to have a tower in the Oakleaf area. Was this review helpful to you?
If you complain to T-Mobile via phone and have to call back multiple times they put you on an AUTOMATIC HOLD TIME OF 20 MINUTES. Yes, you will be put in T-Mobile Time OUT if you complain about crappy service, lack of service, unwarranted charges or anything they don't want you to complain about. Also, any employee can manipulate your account for whatever reason they like. Was this review helpful to you?
I may have one bar if I am lucky, I must admit my co-worker who has a Motorola Z and had 3 bars...Was this review helpful to you?
I switched from Verizon to Sprint - big mistake. Sprint coverage in Jacksonville is awful especially anywhere around downtown, Riverside or San Marco. Most of the time I can't even pull up GPS.Was this review helpful to you?
I've had ATT for many years. Just in the past few weeks I'm having to walk around with my hand raised to make calls. I'm not getting direct calls and text till a later time. I can stand beside another ATT customer who's cell connection is doing the same thing, poor or no signal. Seems like ATT has no problem spending our money on race cars, Stadiums etc. but what about our service. ATT, you just lost another customer. Was this review helpful to you?
Only occasional problems with reception, mostly voicemail / missed call delay issues, but AT&T will bankrupt you - they are so outrageously expensive. I'd like to switch, but am concerned about reliable reception on other carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile on base routinely has no reception. Once you leave the base and it is fine but this iphone is practically useless at my work. Was this review helpful to you?
