Never more than 2 bars and numerous dropped calls all the time. POOR RECEPTION !Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with Sprint for years. I have never seen signal over 2 bars. I get 0 service in Orange Park / Middleburg. If I am in a building I can not even get calls. After reboots the phone suddenly finds voice mails some times as many as 40 of them. often they are several days old when I get them. I have spoken with Sprint, I have done new phones, had them out to my apartment complex, put pieces of equipment on my home network (that I had to pay for), gone to the Sprint store, every thing Sprint has suggested that I do. I really think they were just trying to get as much money as they could out of me before I fired them. Speaking of money the only time the phone(s) worked with out issue was when I was paying them. And the adds. Tons and tons of adds. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for 4 years. No problems in this area or many more I have been in. Excellent service. Two exceptions would be near UPS off of Pritchard rd. I have 2 bars. Also, on 95 south for about 5 miles in an area I have 0 reception, will not even send a text. So I am a happy camper, no complaints. Was this review helpful to you?
Moved here 3 months ago. I was with Verizon and have no intentions of changing. Coverage is great throughout Jacksonville. I haven't been everywhere yet, but NO problems so far.Was this review helpful to you?
Zero issues with calls, text and data service in the Orange Park / Fleming Island area. Was considering switching to another carrier for a cheaper bill, but decided it's not worth giving up reliability. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with Verizon for the last 10 years 7 a total of 14 with 4 years spent with Alltel, before Verizon bought them out. I have to say the service on my smart phone has been great. I use a Android and have had few problems with service. I have 4 lines on the "Family Plan", 2 in Jacksonville and 2 in Omaha. We have simply had no problems with 4G or 3G in Nebraska's rural areas. I would recommend Verizon to anyone. I was considering changing to Sprint due to the current promo but, after reading the feedback it isn't worth the saving! Was this review helpful to you?
I am new to the area... I experience 0-2 bars on a regular basis at home on my Samsung Note 3; with two dropped calls so far. My wife has an iPhone5, and experiences dropped calls on a regular basis. She also has low signal strength. While at work, at Cecil Field, I have 2-3 bars. I can't remember the last time either phone has displayed the "4G-LTE" icon on the screen. I agree with an earlier post that mentioned paying for the full 4G-LTE experience, but not receiving it.Was this review helpful to you?

Reception is not good with Sprint in a lot if places. You would think it would be good in Jax because it's a major city. I was house hunting so I went all over the city and 80% of the time I had issues. Had up use my hubby's phone for the map... he had AT and T.Was this review helpful to you?
