Sprint
Service has declined and now I'm lucky to get service inside my house at all. I have an iPhone 5 and Sprint 3G service has ALWAYS rendered my iPhone unusable on anything but wifi, now though my voice service is starting to fade. I continually miss calls and texts at home and don't get a notification until I walk outside. My wife is on AT&T and has no problems at all, her iPhone is lightning fast and she never has service issues. If this service wasn't free through work I would drop Sprint in a heartbeat, worst service I've ever encountered.

Sprint
In the last few months, reception has declined. Used to have at least 3 bars, and never experienced dropped calls, now they happen regularly. 1 or 2 bars inside, but outside is just weird; from 1 to 4 back down to 2, 1, then up to 4 again, all in one minute.

Cell phones are unusable inside my house, and barely usable outside. When receiving calls, at least 50% of the time my phones don't even ring - call goes directly to voicemail (with phone on and not in use). DON'T USE VERIZON, you WILL be sorry.

AT&T
Poor reception in the house and around the community, and Roberts road. Dropped calls and can you hear me now? is common. AT&T customer service is telling me to buy a microcell so I can use their service. BS, I'm switching to Verizon

AT&T
Terrible reception in my home and surrounding areas, often drop calls, straight to vm or "can you hear me now". Now I know why AT&T are called the "can you hear my now network". Can't work from home anymore because of this, may have to switch networks very soon.

T-Mobile
Tmobile provides a free booster (u pay $7shipping) for your home.Had poor coverage in house off of Hodges. I got booster and it works great. I switched from ATT and have less drops on JTB and 95 towards downtown with Tmobile. My wife had more drops on drive to beach with unlocked AT&T phone. Getting T-Mobile phone fixed her problem. I have unlocked AT&T phone and cant wait for the new 1900 LTE coverage to be online in Jaxville. I got a taste of it in Baltimore and it was screaming fast data download. Faster than my home wifi. Stuck with edge now. Anyone know about that refarming / new atower antenna deployment schedule for jaxville?>

AT&T
Have had AT&T for 8 years. The last year and a half the reception in my home has deteriorated. In the home, 1 bar or no service. Calls are guaranteed to drop even if you go outside. I receive texts 1 hour after they were sent. It takes me 5 tries to send a text message. At times my daughter's phone won't ring and incoming calls go directly to voice mail, but the voice mails don't show up until hours later. Dr.2 miles west to the tower at Racetrack Rd.and State Rd.13 and the reception is excellent. Very frustrating.

Sprint
My cell phone reception seems to be good enough. I am amazed there are only 3 towers in the more densely populated areas.

There is a pocket of poor reception at 320 Solana Rd. I rarely receive more than 1 bar strength.

I wish T mobile would put a new tower in Green Cove Springs. Most of the time the reception is terrible. I'd hate to have to which.

Verizon
I have Verizon for the extensive network which seems to disappear at my home. Calls go directly to voice mail. Dropped calls at home and one bar or less at home. Outide things are different. So I thought it was just me until I went to my sister's house in Chicago. I had to go DOWN THE DRIVEWAY to make a call. I hate my carrier. Abyssmal service at a premium price. Relieved to see its not just me.

AT&T
The reception in this area is pretty spotty. My phone cuts in and out on me all the time, I am looking for a signal booster to help me have stable phone conversations. Reception on the beach is zero.

T-Mobile
T Mobile is crappy. Most of the time, I get 1 bar to "No Service" when trying to use it in the house. I have even seen bars displayed on the phone, and I call from my home phone to "test" it, and it goes straight to voice mail. It is very selective about where it chooses to work. Outdoors, I have no problems, and in some building it works great, but overall, I think it is a piece of garbage. The good thing is that I have a pay-as- you go plan with Wal-Mart, so I can dump this service ASAP. I had a contract with Sprint and had NO PROBLEMS with the service. Every now and again I would hit a "dead zone" and lose the call, but my reception in the house was always excellence. If I have to have a problem using the service, I j would rather have an occasional drop off outside, than a constant one in my home. As of this writing, I am currently looking for a Boost mobile phone, and then I am switching my plan before I receive my first bill from Wal-Mart. I hope my experience will be helpful to anyone who is considering using T - Mobile.

AT&T
I just built a house in Coastal Oaks. I have two AT&T cell phones and both get 0 - 1 bar (at best) reception. This is a very big deal because I work from a home office.

With the Airave the voice serive is good, but once you leave your house it's fair... .the texting is bad with or without the airave. Not sure if I'm changing carriers as I'm going to be moving to S. Jacksonville / ST.Johns area.

AT&T
Service was great until about February 2012. Since then, no bars; 'searching' and at the most 'one bar'. Poor voice quality and dropped calls.

T-Mobile
We were with T Mobile for six years. Over the last six months, we could rarely place calls in our home. 0 to 1 bars. It's better in other areas, but I wouldn't recommend the service in the NAS JAX / Ortega Farms area. We switched to Verizon now we have 2 to 3 bars, much better, but more expensive.

AT&T
I am a very frustrated AT&T user. I have maintained my service for more than 10 years now and lived in my home for more than 9. I have heard numerous times that we would be getting a cell phone tower in our location for this same amount of time. I am almost over it and ready to leave AT&T (along with my husband and son) when our contract expires soon if the service does not change. Please help!

Verizon
Sketchy in the house and, when it isn't raining, I frequently take calls from the back yard. Drops on 9a going north from 95 (toward beaches) and spotty through the city. I travel for work and find the same type of "hit and miss" in and around Atlanta. Though, with VZW, it isn't just about signal strength, but about poor customer service, especially as it relates to billing problems. In the past four days, I spent > four hours to get an adjustment on a billing error. Normally, about $200 but somehow became $1300+... Omigosh, what at wonderful wedding present. Filed formal "notice of dispute" and kindly asked to have the issue escalated.

T-Mobile
Inside the house, I can have 3 bars and a crossed out receiver picture. I have to move the phone (samsung) all over to send text. Usually works well outdoors, but! No dropped calls though.

T-Mobile
After much discussion with T-Mobile, including their Tech rep, the best I can do is to re-up for another 2 years in order to get a signal booster that may or may not work. T-Mobile is the last-place provider in the four major providers, and this is exactly why! They don't mind taking my $220 per month for 3 lines that are virtually unusable inside my home. I can't wait until my contract is up---T-Mobile is the pits for cell service!

T-Mobile
T-Mobile has consistent had poor coverage in our area. The phones are slow. It cuts out especially when I go to school at FSCJ North Campus and on the interstate. It also cut out in Virginia a lot. I like their pricing, and that is the only reason we have stayed with them. Their call centers are offshore, and that is another big negative. I wish we they sold iPhones. Everyone says they are coming, but the target keeps moving just to keep the consumers in the chase.

Verizon
Didn't have any problems with this phone while living in San Antonio, TX. Moved to Orange Park, FL and have not been able to receive or make calls indoors or outside. Verizon is trying to tell me that its the phone. I finally got them to come out and scan the area and the report is that reception is poor. They did note that there are "multiple" homes with boosters in my area. My issue with Verizon is, you know that there is a problem in this area, why are you charging people for boosters? Plus the booster does not help me when I'm away from home i.e. in the car or at work. I'm paying full price but they are not providing full service. My 4g phone is useless. I'm going to keep calling and complaining until they get it right or drop me.

MetroPCS
I travel all around Jacksonville and get great service everywhere except the top of the Mathews Bridge. Everything else is crystal clear. I have data loss sometimes in rural St. Johns County near Cimmarone Country Club.

Sprint
Reception here in Lake Asbury is horrible. They sent a tower to boost signal and that is a knightmare, causing texts to loop and resend again and again, and the signal is still sub par. Paying for a 4g device with Sprint in this area is a complete waste of money as they have no signal--even in Orange Park it is spotty at best.
