Have had no problems for the 3.5 years living here, and have been Verizon Wireless customer for over 14 years. Starting last week, 8 / 22 voice service deminished greatly. Many failed calls, dropped calls, problems hearing. Verizon states no network problems, thats BS as we have 3 separate iphones affected.Was this review helpful to you?
Moved into Murabella 01 / 2015. Use Verizon. Had no real problems until 08 / 20 / 2015. Started losing calls and text on that date. Verizon store replaced the SIM card. No improvement. Verizon tech support says no tower problems. Was informed that we live in a "variable coverage area". Their proposed solutions: get a signal booster for $250 or find a better carrier. 1 to 2 bars and drops to 3G constantly. Been a Verizon Wireless customer for a while now but don't understand why they wouldn't support such a big neighborhood better. Signal drop off sometimes on Racetrack Road.Was this review helpful to you?
we had 3 metro phones in this house that was working great,,,,,, UNTIL,,,,,tmobile took over. then there was no indoor reception at al lon any of the phones. we were told we had to upgrade and still these phones are not working in this house.half the time people call and we dont even know about it until we go out in the yard. this is rediculous. I had metro pcs. My cdma phones with them received great service for over 3 years. Then T-Mobile came in forced a gsm phone on me and the great service ended. Had to go to the middle of the yard to receive 2 bars a and my hotspot was useless. Thank goodness I was not under contract to this horrible company.Was this review helpful to you?
I bought the in home booster for $200 and I still drop calls. Regular calls to customer service have not helped. Horrible service. They tell me no one wants to allow towers in this area but the church on Race Track across from Walgreens built one and Verizon didn't bother to use it, they don't care. On one frustrating call I told them my wife has AT&T and never drops calls and I was going to switch to them, they could not have cared less.
