Verizon
Had AT&T and had issues receiving calls and texts. For example I would receive texts hours after they were sent. Calls would not ring in and later my phone showed a missed call. Switched to Verizon and it's only slightly better. Calls break up and people on other end cannot hear me or they get the robot voice. Data and text is slow but I at least get my text within minutes rather than hours. Called Verizon and they don't care.

I started working on Eglin AFB almost 2 years ago. I have contact AT&T, went to the app and put in trouble tickets. 98% of the time I can't get service. And I mean on the entire base. Inside or outside of facilities! This is worst service and connection I have ever had throughout my military career. After numerous calls to AT&T I spoke with an honest employee who did there job and researched the connection. They straight up told me that service on and around Eglin is very poor and there are no plans to do anything about it. Verizon and I believe T-Mobile has good service. My contract is about up and I am switching to prob Verizon! Maybe a little more $ but at least I'll be getting what I am paying for!

Coverage used to be great, but in last few months, something has changed. Calls constantly break up, get dropped. Thought it might be my phone, but just bought a new phone, but no change in poor signal.

Lot of dropped calls inside my house, antenna signal is very weak only one to two bars and even with WiFi calling I still get dropped calls.

Weak, but generally reliable cell phone connection at home. Better up on CR393 and Hwy. 98. Generally LTE speed on data.

No signal even with Sprint's Airave GPS signal booster. Never gets texts or calls near in / outside my home. Wifi doesn't help in this case also due to lack of current provider's service.(CenturyLink dsl). Looking into other carriers at this point.

Get okay service, definitely can be better. Get ~ 2 / 3 bars. Data is at ~ 3Mbps for down.

ATT service is horrible. Absolutely no internet on busy weekends. As an Uber driver, they are costing me money. I can't get directions to pick up riders.

Verizon says MINIMAL COVERAGE... .1.5-2 bars Cancelled tablet - jet pk and maybe next cell phone. Eats up data TRYING to upload / download. No reception on tablet, jet pk 1.5... Verizon Promised-paying for 3-4 g but not getting what is being sold. Looks like they oversold with not put enough towers up for connection and not considering beach traffic using up the space that is available from the towers. Complain -complain -complain and maybe that will put up some more towers. If you only get 1.5 to 2 bars you can probably get out of your contract.
