Verizon
Been a Verizon customer since they purchased Alltel. Service is good in metro areas but very poor at home. Have noticed recently a tremendous drop in signal strength. Our Wilson amplifier doesn't help either. Verizon is charging us close to $300 a month for very poor service. In this case you don't get what you pay for. Verizon needs to step up their service to ALL their customers instead of concentrating on the bigger cities.

Service is pretty reliable indoors and out. Of course, on really busy summer days it's not as good but overall can't really complain. Has improved over the last year.

Spotty service, missed calls and texts. Gulf side very little if any service when on the beach. Text messages may not come through and when they do may be hours or days after they were sent.

Verizon to Verizon calls and texts are reliable and have been for the past 10 years. Sometimes lose reception around Eglin AFB commissary. Still a dead spot around a dip on Bob Sykes Hwy. heading to DeFuniak. Been pleased overall. Worst reception ever was at Cherry Point, NC. on base.

Winter home 10 miles south of Chipley, Fl. half way between Rt. 77 and Rt. 231. Terrible service!

I started working on Eglin AFB almost 2 years ago. I have contact AT&T, went to the app and put in trouble tickets. 98% of the time I can't get service. And I mean on the entire base. Inside or outside of facilities! This is worst service and connection I have ever had throughout my military career. After numerous calls to AT&T I spoke with an honest employee who did there job and researched the connection. They straight up told me that service on and around Eglin is very poor and there are no plans to do anything about it. Verizon and I believe T-Mobile has good service. My contract is about up and I am switching to prob Verizon! Maybe a little more $ but at least I'll be getting what I am paying for!

Coverage used to be great, but in last few months, something has changed. Calls constantly break up, get dropped. Thought it might be my phone, but just bought a new phone, but no change in poor signal.

I've used AT&T for the past 5 years in the northeast part of the country and service was fine. I move here and AT&T is probably the worst carrier I've ever used. Service in the Philippines with their archaic cellular infrastructure is better than AT&T here! During the summer with all the tourists, you're lucky if you can even place a call. Data? forget it. The network is so overloaded you'll be lucky to load Google Maps in less than 15 minutes.

Weak, but generally reliable cell phone connection at home. Better up on CR393 and Hwy. 98. Generally LTE speed on data.
