Lucky if there are two bars. No excuse for this especially for the amount they charge. Dropped calls.

Can't download images in texts from home because 4 G coverage required and not good enough in my home. Can walk 200 yards and 4G is fine and media files download. Call quality was poor until I was talked into buying a Microcell. That solved call problems. Things work well away from home

Pathetically Bad. I don’t know how locals could possibly be Sprint customers. 486kbps is the fastest I got during a 5 day trip (June 2018). Phones were basically unuseable the whole trip.

When I moved to my new home in 32413 The AT&T promised me they had superb signal. It has created a big problem because it is the worst carrier on this 32413 zip code. AT&T does not allow me to get out of contract. I will file a complaint for false advertisement I talked to many reps including tech supervisors. I have been a loyal AT&T customer but I'm dissapointed. DO NOT USE AT&T.

Voice is spotty and data is non-existent during tourist season. Looking at other carriers in the area

Calls seem to work but that’s about it. No internet, text, data, etc... very frustrating but thank goodness for free (but slow) WiFi.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile to save on our monthly bill, you get what you pay for. While our bill is a third of what we had, so is the coverage. And not just TAFB, it's all over this immediate area to include PCB. Almost no penetration of signal I side of buildings. Once I pay off some bills I'll be switching back. If you no-kidding need connection outside of Wi-Fi range then don't depend on this carrier in this area.
