We've had Verizon for 16 years. Never had any issues. Always great service. in the 16 years we have only had a few dropped calls. It is very rare. That being said I sure wish they were more inexpensive. My bill is getting ready to go up again because they are no longer offering contracts and free phones with a new contract. But I'm stuck. I still remember having Sprint back when we first moved here and I never had good service, ever! Hoped things had changed but after reading the reviews I guess that's not the case. It's a shame these other carriers can't properly compete with comparable service.Was this review helpful to you?
I would say below average, but it seems from the reviews that all carriers have issues in our area. Sprint has no coverage across the bridge. And in the area of our home, we have to stand by a window to get coverage. We've had Sprint for 15 years, in two different states, and seem to always have issues at home in rural areas. Seems like most carriers only work well in metro areas. Want to switch, but don't see a better optionWas this review helpful to you?
I went there so many times never had a problem, fast paste, very nice and also couldnt be any cleaner, perfect roll model of a store, Very nice employes also respect to the fullest love there attitude, also keep you company as you wait. Always consistent. Years ago, after hurricane Charlie, the only people in our neighborhood that had cell coverage and were able to make calls were those of us that had Verizon. Not the "bargain" carrier- but you usually get what you pay for.Was this review helpful to you?
We have T-Mobile service and have to use our 4G in order to get web service. Our Wifi is crap! Have to switch from Data usage to Wifi and still no service. We have to pay for 4G usage and can't even connection to Wifi in home. Signal is horrible out here if you need to use WiFi.Was this review helpful to you?
We have had Verizon for 10 years. We have never had any issues with reception, however, customer service is horrible! The sales people have lied to us on more than one occasion, and changed our plan without permission after we specifically asked them not to. I guess customer loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore. I wish some of the other cell phone carriers would step up their game and offer better cell reception in our area. We would switch in a minute if we had another option.Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile 1 bar average to nothing. Dropped calls. Many calls do not reach me. Then I get a missed call message but it does not capture the callers number. When I call out the person called answers and the timer runs but no sound.Was this review helpful to you?
We used to have perfect reception at the house. but lately the bars have gone down on my Samsung note 3 and my wifes Iphone 5. More than half the calls dont reach me. Coverage is bad and often when I try to make calls it says emergency calls only. So their network is overloaded. They consolidate towers and take on more and more customers without further investments in the infrastructure.Was this review helpful to you?
I have 3 bars most of the time. I get better service with Sprint while in Walmart then I did with ATT(never had service). My daughter and husband have Verizon (prepaid) and always have a strong signal everywhere they go. I would never go back to ATT and not fully happy with Sprint.Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible service. Every call I make is dropped. AT&T had excellent service for this area, but because of poor customer service we switched to T-Mobile and we all regret it! I can't get websites to open and it is very difficult to connect to wi-fi. I can never use the Internet at my job. We just upgraded to the iPhone 6s. I feel like for the money we pay, they should be able to read my mind and call anywhere in the world.Was this review helpful to you?
