MetroPCS has been working fine for several years. The pricing is great. However, because Galaxy S3 that was purchased them is CDMA, I now must change my phone to support the TMobile network. An authorized dealer advised that I will get a $299 credit towards the purchase of a new phone. I'm concerned about future call and data quality. Was this review helpful to you?
Do NOT sign up with Sprint if you live or work in South Beach because you will regret it. I am always without service. For the past 3 days for example, I have zero data or cell service. Sprint says the tower is down and it's estimated to be fixed in another 2 days! My new phone with Verizon is on it's way! I'm done with sprint. Was this review helpful to you?

I recently switched from AT&T because I was trying to save on my monthly bill and because T-Mobile includes the international plan. I guess it's true when they say "you get what you pay for!" Before I had reception almost anywhere in Miami (including inside buildings) and now I've had more dropped calls in the last 2 weeks since switching over than I ever had in all my years with AT&T. I don't know if the tower to user ratio is not enough but I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with T-Mobile and I regret ever leaving AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
Have very few problems w Verizon. Had Att, Metro PCS and Sprint. None of the others work on the Beach. Verizon is expensive but at least I can use it for everything... including movies, email, text, international and videos and no dropped calls. Maybe once a month I have no internet conx priblem but they fix it in a day.Was this review helpful to you?
Mostly everyone I speak to on a regular basis knew our call would get dropped several minutes into the conversation. Annoying, Yet very predictable. Was repeatedly told it was the all the concrete condos. Needed a booster. Switched from Sprint to Verizon. Just like magic... no more dropped calls. Reception is much clearer too. Who knew? Was this review helpful to you?
All you need to know is they are the worse... bad service and never have lte anywhere. Any thing else is a upgrade from sprintWas this review helpful to you?
Ive been living on Key Biscayne for 2 weeks now and have visited often over the last four years. Verizon coverage in my apartment is good for both voice and data. We have also had good voice coverage at Bill Baggs State Park. Would love to hear other recent experiences, particularly Sprint or Virgin Mobile as we would like to minimize dependance on Comcast and find a slightly less expensive data provider. Thanks,Was this review helpful to you?
