Dropped calls in my home, dropped calls driving to Miami Beach. No reception at work. Left ATT - had no issues there in either of these locations. BIG MISTAKE. Don't get T-Mobile in South Florida, Miami. Was this review helpful to you?

MetroPCS has been working fine for several years. The pricing is great. However, because Galaxy S3 that was purchased them is CDMA, I now must change my phone to support the TMobile network. An authorized dealer advised that I will get a $299 credit towards the purchase of a new phone. I'm concerned about future call and data quality. Was this review helpful to you?
Do NOT sign up with Sprint if you live or work in South Beach because you will regret it. I am always without service. For the past 3 days for example, I have zero data or cell service. Sprint says the tower is down and it's estimated to be fixed in another 2 days! My new phone with Verizon is on it's way! I'm done with sprint. Was this review helpful to you?

I recently switched from AT&T because I was trying to save on my monthly bill and because T-Mobile includes the international plan. I guess it's true when they say "you get what you pay for!" Before I had reception almost anywhere in Miami (including inside buildings) and now I've had more dropped calls in the last 2 weeks since switching over than I ever had in all my years with AT&T. I don't know if the tower to user ratio is not enough but I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with T-Mobile and I regret ever leaving AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
