T-Mobile
4 different type of phones on T-Mobile contracts -- All loose (dropped call) the connection at least 5-6 times a day. Totally unreliable coverage. This was not the case a year ago... Unless they fix this, I recommend going with another network as a better choice for this area.

I got t mobile because I read some good reviews-- it worked fine at first (when I lived in hialeah) now cell does not work inside apartment (CONSTANTLY DROPPED CALLS or calls not even coming in). Nor works at major locations in the area, sometimes data too, so I have to drive a street down before my google map directions kick in. Customer service isn't great either. Want to switch asap.

Stay away from Sprint you will drop 3 out of 4 calls every time you call them they say they are working on "towers" after 11 months of waiting I dropped them went to T-Mobile last weekend they got me out of the contract and now all my services work woo the internet actually works what a concept am sure sprit is loosing most of their users due to the issues stay away from them if you are not unlimited means nothing when you can't use the internet. I get a "no network connection" message all the time when I try to use speech to text option. And can barely use the maps app for the same reason. Plus, I was one of those people that always wondered why people were always complaining about dropped calls. Now I understand. Must drop at least 30% of calls with T-Mobile. I thought my AT&T service was bad... this is absolutely terrible. I should never have switched from Verizon.

The word "sprint" is defined as: a burst of speed. Well, unfortunately there is absolutely no "sprint" in Sprint. I believe an accurate and fair renaming of the company should be "Lethargic." Coverage, upload and download speeds are horrible. And, not to mention customer service- that's a whole new chapter. Next month my contact is over and I will definitely be looking for a new phone carrier. Perhaps pointing my index finger in the air and saying "ET phone home" will work better than Sprint.

The service is horrible and calls are always dropping. If you do not have Sprint already then stay away!

I have only two bars of signal on my phone inside the house at Doral, but I can still use my phone. In the Little Havana also I have three bars of signal.Never I had 5 bars of signal. I check almost all the reviews of various providers and saw that almost all have the same problem. Three critera for AT&T and other providers : 1 - Apparently the antennae are improperly installed or designed or poorly designed and any supervisor or telecommunications engineer checks the work by measuring the power of the signal in the most distant of coverage area. 2 - Maybe the modern phones are not manufactured with such sensitivity and signal gain as the oldest, perhaps the largest number of transmitting antennas. About 3 or 4 years ago when the AT&T signal fell and died for repairs at Doral and I always knowing that I have 2 bars of signal, I put the SIM card from my smartphone to my old phone NOKIA and what was my surprise?. I was 5 bars of signal on CDMA and I could use my old phone. 3 - They should spend more resources on improving the signal power because the customer pays more and receives very bad service daily.

I regret leaving MetroPCS for Sprint. Since day one of signing up, I've had constant issues with sprint. I have an iPhone 4S that's supposed to be getting 3G speeds but it's basically a pretty brick on Sprint's network. If I leave my home or leave a wifi connection, my phone is useless. Their 3G network is too slow to be of any use. I run speed tests everywhere I go and they usually return 0s for download and upload speeds or errors for a lost connection. Never mind trying to use my GPS apps because it will lose connection before you can even route directions. If my phone leaves a Sprint 3G area (which happens more often than I wish) I can no longer send or receive text messages. It's really frustrating to see that I can't even use the most basic of services when I need them. Data service is secondary for a phone in my opinion but you don't get the service you pay for. They like to flaunt their "unlimited" data usage but what good is unlimited data if you can't even use the data? I really regret signing up with sprint. I've called to report these issues and they keep telling me the same thing, "network upgrades are coming soon"... it's been two years and honestly, their service is only getting worst by the day. In the past year, I have traveled throughout Florida (Tallahassee, Orlando, south Florida) and no matter where I've been, the service is still crap. It is hopeless and disappointing to say Sprint is my carrier. And bringing my phone out in public is almost embarrassing since it just won't work. Save yourself the rage and sign up with another carrier.

I have AT&T and got a T-Mobile to take advantage of the free international roaming, so now have 2 phones and can compare service. For my street close to the end of Key Biscayne (close to Casa del Mar, Ocean Club), I get 5 bars on AT&T and only barely 1 on T-Mobile. T-Mobile has a "dead" area right around my house, it's horrible, when you go 3-4 blocks towards the center of Key Biscayne reception is ok. So test before buying.
