Horrible, horrible reception. Entire family has iPhones on AT&T and we're constantly with "No Service" or dropping calls. Half the time I don't even answer the phone in my area, especially inside my house, because I know that the caller won't be able to hear me or the call will be dropped. I'm lucky to have 1 bar of reception by the time I cross 144th and US1 going southbound. It's insane. This is Miami and my wireless company makes me feel like I live in the middle of the woods.Was this review helpful to you?
My LG with Metro was fine, till they decided to move towers to T-Mobile... one, they made me BUY a new phone because the one they offered to give me was inferior to the one I had, LG. Now with new phone, a Samsung, my screen freezes on calls, whether incoming or outgoing, my emails don't come through till five days later,(today, the 16th, I received the ones from the 11th) and they wont exchange it for another phone, I have to purchase yet another! (went in to get another LG but girl at their store, said the Samsung was way better! I'm an idiot for thinking she knew what she was talking about!)Was this review helpful to you?

Best is a 3 bar once a month. Mostly 2 bar on I Pad. Cell phone was OK until recently when only able to make calls from outside. Incoming would ring but to hear caller had to go out before accepting call.. Customer svc very nice, informing me tower would be fixed by June 1 - 2 weeks.. Billing made a slight accommodation. Not enough considering I've depended on them and now wishing could go back to pony express!Was this review helpful to you?
Can't make outbound calls, if I am lucky enough to call out, call either cuts out or is dropped. AT&T store advised my phone is fine, technical problem with AT&T. Five days into trying to deal with AT&T (from a friend's phone / Sprint) finally advised "technical problem with tower, 13 open tickets, no time frame when tower will be repaired." At least I can text, but what good will that do in the event of an emergency? Last I knew 911 didn't take text messages!Was this review helpful to you?
Moved to house in sept 2014 very poor signal. Got a booster for free. I went from one bars to three bars. I Work at miami airport have poor service here to. Would not recommend T mobile for south dade.Was this review helpful to you?

AT&T THE WORSE COMPANY!: some member of my family have AT&T cell accounts and they even have to get on top of a royal palm to grasp that bar of signal, but I don't really care, is not my account. What I do care is about my internet service at home, the worst internet service that I have ever seen! If compare this company with the Claro service and orange services back in dominican republic where I lived for 6 years (that's suppose to be a third world country) the service over there is 10 times better. To put it simple, obviously I don't have the same speed as the dialup service back then, but 100% sure that is the same overall amount of energy that you waste when you try to use their service. I had call at%t multiple times (probably around 6 times in 3 months) and the only thing they do is reset my router and do some weird numerical changes in the configuration at the central system. So i'm tired of it, i'm using my cell hotspot from t-mobile(now) while I look other companies offers, I wonder if comcast have a plan that only includes the internet because we have direct tv. But in conclusion I strongly recommend new costumers to obtain information from reviewers before switching to AT&T! GOOD LUCK!Was this review helpful to you?
METRO PCS, I had to drop them, unfortunately. I use to love MetroPCS. I COULD NOT MAKE ONE PHONE CALL FOR THE LAST 3 months. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN to them.Was this review helpful to you?
