My LG with Metro was fine, till they decided to move towers to T-Mobile... one, they made me BUY a new phone because the one they offered to give me was inferior to the one I had, LG. Now with new phone, a Samsung, my screen freezes on calls, whether incoming or outgoing, my emails don't come through till five days later,(today, the 16th, I received the ones from the 11th) and they wont exchange it for another phone, I have to purchase yet another! (went in to get another LG but girl at their store, said the Samsung was way better! I'm an idiot for thinking she knew what she was talking about!)Was this review helpful to you?

la recepcion es buena la internet rapida el seguro que te venden para proteccion del telefono PESIMO, pagaba 10 dolares por cada telefono en mi bill mensual y no cubre nada ni danos de agua ni robo ni accidentes ademas del costumer service es PESIMO igual,no creo que retengan muchos clientes con esas policas que tienen de mercado. fui victima de robo en mis dos celulares y ni siquiera me daban facilidades de pagos en mi deducible ni telefono prestado en la tienda muy mala experiencia me llevo de TMOBILEWas this review helpful to you?
I recently switched from AT&T because I was trying to save on my monthly bill and because T-Mobile includes the international plan. I guess it's true when they say "you get what you pay for!" Before I had reception almost anywhere in Miami (including inside buildings) and now I've had more dropped calls in the last 2 weeks since switching over than I ever had in all my years with AT&T. I don't know if the tower to user ratio is not enough but I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with T-Mobile and I regret ever leaving AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
Can't make outbound calls, if I am lucky enough to call out, call either cuts out or is dropped. AT&T store advised my phone is fine, technical problem with AT&T. Five days into trying to deal with AT&T (from a friend's phone / Sprint) finally advised "technical problem with tower, 13 open tickets, no time frame when tower will be repaired." At least I can text, but what good will that do in the event of an emergency? Last I knew 911 didn't take text messages!Was this review helpful to you?

Lte is a joke. 3g works sometimes internet stops continually don't even think of watching anything does not have download speed.... .I have been testing download speed at different locations for over two weeks. 99.9 percent of the time is below 1 mbps I check it with ooklaWas this review helpful to you?

I live in south miami avenue, brickell area, it is a house, no trees, no buildings around a block, but the AT&T signal is horrible, I am planning to change this month of provider, just checking now which one has better coverage and prices.
