Can't use services in my house. No 4G within several blocks of my house. Works OK a few miles away. Slow data speed, and no help from customer service. Avoid. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with Team Mobile and Nextel, which I believe is now Sprint. Both sucked! Although the Push to Talk was nice with Nextel. AT&T is far and away the best. "You get what you pay for."Was this review helpful to you?
I would strongly recommend AGAINST T-Mobile in coral springs 33065. My experience has been painful at best! I have tried wifi and that sucks too. Don't let them lie to you or try to twist this like it is somehow your fault. They know full well that their coverage is absolutely shameful out here in Coral Springs. I don't know why I ever left Verizon especially for these knuckleheads. I know T-Mobile just bought Metro PCS and that is supposed to increase their coverage in the western communities but that will not take effect for what might as well be eternity. In the mean time I will keep walking around my backyard screaming into my phone in vain. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had MetroPCS for more than 8 years and the signal quality has improved vastly. Was this review helpful to you?
I just moved to South FL and am getting spotty service. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years now and Never! had an issue. On Sunrise Blvd.going West from I-95, I always drop calls and have low signal strength now and again in the plantation and Sunrise areas, hence my research on other providers in this area. Great reception in my Condo complex though. Minimal to No connection in my parents place in N Miami. Was this review helpful to you?

One bar in the year 2012. My boyfriend has the same amount of reception bars on his Verizon phone! I didn't know this before moving here! Was this review helpful to you?
Worst service I've had in 3 years when I ditched AT&T for dropped calls. Different areas. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had T-Mobile for about 6 years and in the beggining the service / signal was decent, however, as the years go by the signal has been getting worse and worse. To the point where I got stranded in the middle of a big interception (between Oakland and I95) and when trying to make a phone call to the calls will not go out and an X the size of my face turned up on the screen of my phone. I called T-Mobile customer service regarding this issue and all they said was if you want to cancel is going to cost you $200... .. I was so upset as most of us have a cell phone as our only method of contact with the outside world. I am looking to find out where to go in terms of other cell phone carriers and but I do not know which one would be the least worst! Was this review helpful to you?
