I am very disappointed with the signal strength I receive everywhere I am with my Sprint service. and Now that I see where the tower site is Located I am even more disappointed. I currenty work about 2.5 miles away from the closets tower and to have NO 4G service and on average 3 to 4 bars of signal strength is outragous. There are even times when I have NO signal for 3 to 5 minutes at a time.

I don't have a problem with calls or texts. But Data? Forget about it. Been thinking about switching to T-Mobile or AT&T but I think I'll be trading a Honda accord with no A / C (Sprint) for a Toyota Yaris with 4 flat tires (T-Mobile). Not sure what to do.

I have had MetroPCS for more than 8 years and the signal quality has improved vastly.

I just moved to South FL and am getting spotty service. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years now and Never! had an issue. On Sunrise Blvd.going West from I-95, I always drop calls and have low signal strength now and again in the plantation and Sunrise areas, hence my research on other providers in this area. Great reception in my Condo complex though. Minimal to No connection in my parents place in N Miami.

Never had a situation of no signal. 4G light stays lit most times.

One bar in the year 2012. My boyfriend has the same amount of reception bars on his Verizon phone! I didn't know this before moving here!

I have had T-Mobile for about 6 years and in the beggining the service / signal was decent, however, as the years go by the signal has been getting worse and worse. To the point where I got stranded in the middle of a big interception (between Oakland and I95) and when trying to make a phone call to the calls will not go out and an X the size of my face turned up on the screen of my phone. I called T-Mobile customer service regarding this issue and all they said was if you want to cancel is going to cost you $200... .. I was so upset as most of us have a cell phone as our only method of contact with the outside world. I am looking to find out where to go in terms of other cell phone carriers and but I do not know which one would be the least worst!

have to walk in garden to get reception... .will switch to AT&T ot other gsm asap... really bad and poor service

I had good reception until 6 months ago and now EVERY call I make either drops or the caller cannot hear me. I'm quitting ATT for good.
