Hardly ever get more than 2 bars. In driving around Fort Lauderdale, 3 bars at the most. Was shocked to have 4 bars near Holy Cross Hospital, and totally blown away to actually see a 3G symbol pop up in that location... otherwise never, ever see 3G or 4G. Now I see the tower that is supposed to service Fort Lauderdale is actually north of Commercial Blvd, and west of NW 31st Avenue... 5-6 miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach area... where I recently got one bar! To Sprint:... the solution is simple... Drake Tower at Andrews and NE 18th Street, and the south western edge of Wilton Manors! This is a 13 story building... the tallest for miles around, except Wilton Tower to the east, in Wilton Drive. T Mobile has antenna on the Drake tower roof, but are removing at least some of them... reducing their rent payments to Drake Association. Sprint: Go For It! For the past two years I have done business with this particular store and have had absolute fantastic service until today. I purchased the new Sony Xperia z3 21 days ago and this morning it decided to stop working through no fault of my own, the phone works but no screen, just black. So I went back to this store to exchange the phone (I do have insurance and warranty) and since I was beyond the 14 day "return" policy they would not exchange the phone. We are talking 7 days not weeks or months after the purchase and my pone is extremely vital to my job, they would not even give me a loaner. I offered a full cash deposit on a new Sony Xperia and would return the phone once my replacement was mailed to me. The manager refused, I have never heard the word "can't" used in so many viable outcomes to take care of a loyal customer but because this store is not a "corporate" Verizon store it's just an authorized dealer it will not offer the same customer satisfaction as a "corporate" store would. The Verizon phone representative even attempted to do a swap at one of the corporate stores in south Florida and unfortunately the stores were out of the phone I have. Amazing to me that I sit in a store with a huge Verizon sign outside with my phone in stock and Mark Urbina says NO. For customers of Verizon we do not care if it's an authorized dealer or corporate office if there is a Verizon sign outside the store then we should receive the same customer service regardless.Was this review helpful to you?

Verizon is the best service you can have anywhere hands down. They are expensive, but, you get what you pay for. I have considered trading in for other companies, but, after reading so many reviews on how poor all the competitor's service is around South Florida, I am happy to pay the extra $20 I would save in switching.Was this review helpful to you?

This site has bee a relief! I thought I was going crazy, I ALSO get NO reception in my Home (Top Floor Apt) the data usually cut out after 2minutes, and I have to constantly reset my phone over 12times a day. Tried a different SIM card with anothr carrier... worked FINE(So its not my phone. And as many others, thre is little to NO reception in Aventura. I dont know what to do. The only thing that keeps me with them is the "decent" Customer Service.Was this review helpful to you?
