I've been with metro for years service has always been sketchy and continues to get worse! Where I am currently has the is the worst service area and there are several towers not far from here. I'm sick of paying 80 bucks for service I can't use from the comfort of inside home. I have to be in the yard to get a weak signal 4g forget it's like 3g or worse! We used to have pretty good reception but in the last 2-3 months we have no bars at all. So far the only solution T-Mobile has is a personal cell spot which did not operate during the Irma power outage. That is when we most needed it. Thinking about AT&T since that is the only network my Samsung i9505 international sees. I was forced to buy a Samsung on5 to communicate but is not very useful - has only 6GB storage and is not able to use Ext-sdcard. I think T-Mobile re-provisioned their tower which forced the purchase of a compatible phone... Novel idea.Was this review helpful to you?

Phone displays emergency calls only or that Im out of service area. When I do receive a text it will come through three times maybe more. AT&T is simply not good in Poinciana.Was this review helpful to you?

The worse cell service and customer service I have had! Al their call center are in the Philippines and they don't understand our culture and pretend to treat you as if you lived in the PI.Was this review helpful to you?
