Had a cell phone on Crescent Lakes now for 8..10 years, never good, but this last two months have been dreadful brand new phone still no better (actually worse.) T-Mobile shop tried to tell me it was because phone calls are being transmitted on the internet now( and I need an LTE phone) and that was now the reason for the poor reception quality ????... BS.... Wasting my money.. it's 2018 for God's sakeWas this review helpful to you?
Moved here from Omaha. Folks down here don't know what real service and reception is. Cellular in central Florida quite simply sucks. And what's worse the FCC, state licensing, and service providers don't appear interested in making any improvementsWas this review helpful to you?

NO RECEPTION AT ALL METRO PCS. 33837Was this review helpful to you?
Useless signal from all the carriers ( AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon etc ) Considering this is a major tourist area, the reception from all the major providers is a disgrace. Forget about 5G you idiots and get decent 2G / 3G coverage first! Was this review helpful to you?
Dead spots, dropped calls, no service messages. Used to have great service, but no more. Was this review helpful to you?
Had reception until a year ago. Now there is none. I am wasting my money on the phone. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been with metro for years service has always been sketchy and continues to get worse! Where I am currently has the is the worst service area and there are several towers not far from here. I'm sick of paying 80 bucks for service I can't use from the comfort of inside home. I have to be in the yard to get a weak signal 4g forget it's like 3g or worse! Dropping metro asap! Was this review helpful to you?
We used to have pretty good reception but in the last 2-3 months we have no bars at all. So far the only solution T-Mobile has is a personal cell spot which did not operate during the Irma power outage. That is when we most needed it. Thinking about AT&T since that is the only network my Samsung i9505 international sees. I was forced to buy a Samsung on5 to communicate but is not very useful - has only 6GB storage and is not able to use Ext-sdcard. I think T-Mobile re-provisioned their tower which forced the purchase of a compatible phone... Novel idea. Was this review helpful to you?
