even with a "wifi-booster" in my home, calls still dont make it to me for hours on end. for over a year I have been told that "we're working on the towers in your area", or my favorite "there are so many T-Mobile customers in your area that it is hindering the reception". there are 6 houses per block in my area... if Seattle can get through... I think we should be fine. the local T-Mobile store had a manager come out and tell us to our faces "no matter what phone I sell you, it's not going to fix your service issues. we simply dont have good enough coverage here in Lakeland." I had to ask him to repeat himself... no way that line came from a salesman ! and then he did... as soon as I can get out of T-Mobiles customer base... I will.Was this review helpful to you?
I keep dropping signal in my house. I have to go outside to keep a signal. I have been a Verizon custom for 16 years and this is the worst service I have received and the tower is less than 2 miles for me. Verizon should be ashamed. Poor signal with dropped calls with the Galaxy S4. Less than one bar indoors. After a year of complaining, they admitted for the first time that this is dead zone. They gave me a free microcell 3G tower which is still useless. But they will only forgive 50% of the early termination of a 2-year contract fee. This stinks! And they advised that there are no plans for new towers in the area. I would not recommend them to anyone!Was this review helpful to you?
Too expensive $171 / month. Some droped calls. Can only stream a complete item using wifi the cell will drop streaming every time. Verizon reduces my bandwidth because I have the unlimited plan. They want me to switch to a more expensive plan. For what we get it is way too expensive.Was this review helpful to you?
I've had T-Mobile for over 8 years, and I'm decided to leave with another company, everywhere I go (Kissimmee, Celebration, Poinciana, Orlando, Haines City) I have no reception, they are getting worse everytime. I cant confide on my GPS because I can find the address and when Im on the middle of nowhere "Signal has been lost". My advise, dont get a line with them.Was this review helpful to you?
