None or poor reception. Would change carries but in 2 year contract. AT&T had great service. Sorry I left them. Was this review helpful to you?
Honestly, I haven't had any reception problems with ATT in a couple of years. I live in the north part of Jupiter. Their reception has improved greatly. I've had them for over 15 years. The only times I remembered ever getting knocked off is when I'd be approaching Donald Ross on i95 and I'd have to tell the caller that "we're about to get cut off in a second, I'll have to call you back," They knew what I was talking about living down here, since it happened to them as well. But that was years ago. No problem whatsoever driving anywhere, either out west in Wellington, north in Stuart or Pt. St. Lucie or down south in Boca or Ft. Lauderdale. Really, I'm happy with the service. BUT, what I'm not happy with is their inability to help a person out whenever they need a new phone replacement when one gets broken. I had insurance and then thought it was stupid to keep coverage as we had several extra phones that would work if one ever got broken. Amazingly, my daughter managed to break all these phones. All Androids. I've had the Galaxy Note for over a year and had no problems, but I'm an adult and know how to take care of things. No doubt, kids are abusive with their phones. I know customers will be irritated with me even bothering with this on a "reception" forum, but whatever. Someone might want to know their customer service sucks. I asked for an early upgrade, was told one day they'd allow it and then the next day, when I went to order the phone was told that early upgrade was not possible and no one would have told me that! Even gave them the salesperson's name, but that didn't matter. So now I'm paying for a service on one phone (that costs over $350) that isn't being used because she got rained on and the phone got wet. Since I need to keep in touch with her, know where she is after school, etc., I can't wait for months to go by before we are "eligible" for an upgrade. Their Go-Phones might be ok, still thinking about that option. Especially after reading some of the reviews here, I'm not sure switching would be the thing to do. I came here actually to see what people thought about their TMobile reception. They have that "buy out" of contract deal that started on January 9th of 2014, but I'm not seeing too many people loving TMobile reception. That would suck to switch out from one that provides good reception to one that is only mediocre. Thanks everyone for your feedback for people like me on the fence about what to do! I'd love to tell you all that ATT sucked but I honestly can't say a bad thing about dropped calls or poor reception. Only that they "lie" when they promise one thing but do another. I've had other promises made by ATT and didn't get them. You have to really check phone bills because all sort of things get attached to your bill without your knowledge. So yeah, customer service and honesty get 5 blank stars from me.Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible! Had Verizon since 1996 when it was still bell atlantic nynex moble. Just moved to PBG from NYC and have HORRIBLE service (basically none). It's a shame I have to cancel my 3 phone service contract with a carrier I have been with for almost 20 years and had same # since day 1. Why is service so poor? Verizon step it up!Was this review helpful to you?

My cricket service was always great until I moved here. I don't get 3G at all and my call service isn't very good anymore. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint has been getting worse and worse. I had no problems at first, and then driving on I95 my signal would drop to 1x for a while. After a month or so of this, it stopped coming back. I have to often reset my phone to allow it to recognize it has 3G capability. And the problem isn't the phone, I have a perfectly functioning iPhone 4S. It's definitely the carrier. I'm switching to Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
Very poor, lived here for 10 years and have always been with ATT&T. It used to be decent but recently has gotten worse. Can no longer talk from inside the house. Neighbors have Verizon and it's no better. Friend was over last night that uses Sprint, he was able to make calls from inside my house. their cell tower is farthest a way. Thinking of switching. Was this review helpful to you?
We have Verizon and reception is almost always good. We have the House phone too which works off the cell towers. Most of the time it is clear. Occasionally it gets a little wierd. THe cell phones work here and on the beach but not in the back of Publix stores. I think it's the cement bdg.Was this review helpful to you?
The signal for the last two years was great. All of a sudden, I hardly ever have signal. Texts will go through eventually, but cannot make calls or use internet. Its really sucky. Maybe its the partnership with T-mobile? Im ready to switch back to AT&T. I went over 8 hours without signal the other day. No matter where I went or what I did, I couldnt use my phone for anything. Was this review helpful to you?
