In 2021, you would think that AT&T would have better cell reception in downtown Nashville. In most of the bars on Broadway, I don’t get better than 1 bar. Even on the rooftop! If it were not for xfinity WiFi, I would not be able to do anything.

It was a very disappointed and cheated shopping. We bought the new iphone on 5 / 8 / 2020 at 7032 Hwy. 70 S Nashville, TN 37221. The manager of this store was trying to catch our client. We paid off all the phone purchases on 5 / 8 / 2020 and the manager promised that the iphone has been paid off and that there will be no additional charges and monthly charges. But from May,2020 our AT&T billing increases Protect Advantage insurance charge and protect fee charge plus tax from these items total and 19.17 / monthly. It already continue two month. We called AT&T customer service many and many times and was told all this is the store manager's own set of deductions from our monthly bills on 5 / 8 / 2020 and will continue have 30 month for same charge. It's all cheating on sales. We hope to be able to communicate with the store to looking for a solution, this afternoon when we went to store to talk to their staff, they closed the store more than one hour for launch. We waited more than 40 minutes outside the store in the heat. The extremely guilty and rude manager refused directly and then communicated, driving his customers out of the shop. I think it's a real shame of AT&T. That’s why AT&T will close 250 stores, if AT&T still hire such an unreasonable, untrustworthy employee, their crisis is still behind.

My Sprint service in this area is terrible. I constantly have to restart my phone because for some reason I will lose connectivity. If I text someone it takes forever for the message to go out and when they text me back I usually get their reply 6 to 7 times. This is pathetic to say the least.

AT&T is absolutely horrendous, in the city AND in West Nashville..and I'm looking right AT the AT&T (Batman) building from my workplace. How is this even possible?! I've contacted AT&T about this already - I've had a new SIM card sent to me (didn't fix it). I've changed phones (Galaxy S5 to iPhone 8 Plus), doesn't affect it in the least. Taken all covers, magnets, updated settings, NOTHING WORKS! What am I paying for? Switching to Verizon (maybe)..

I’ve had AT&T for 15 years and travel extensively all over the U.S. However I’ve never had cell service so horrible as what is available on the AT&T network in downtown Nashville. I either have 1 bar or no service at all. Unbelievable for 2018 in a major city. No excuse and someone needs to be fired. What a joke! Pretty sad when one can get better service in the middle of rural Nebraska or the mountains of West Virginia. Some manager is clearly not doing their job.
