AT&T
this is not just ATT but Sprint and t mobile as well. ATT reception is terrible. cuts out constantly. sprint service was good but ripped me off for $800 OVERAGE! (if your software can automatically tell I'm over my limit it can also automatically inform me. FA QU) I told those Ba$+ards they could remove the charges and I would stay with them in contract for years to come but they could not do the basic math: $100 x 12months x (X number of years) > $800. seriously- THEY DID NOT GET IT. Tmobile service just sucked everywhere

Most of the times I get a complain from my friends saying that the call was directly redirected to voice message. I was not able to make calls either. Very poor service. Needs a lot of improvement.

Sprint reception is absolutely horrible - downtown, at home, on major streets, on side streets, on the interstate, indoors, outdoors, on the sidewalk - it doesn't matter. Numerous dropped calls. Unable to use maps, directions and data a huge amount of the time. I'm switching.

Sprint serivice around downtown Nashville is useless. Half the time texts do not go through and don't even try to use the internet. 3G service is the only service that works, LTE does not load anything. Did a T-Mobile test drive and had over 30 times faster internet. Sprint d / l was 0.2 mbps and T-Mobile was around 20-30Mbps. Swithcing as soon as I can.

I have experienced extremely poor service with Sprint for over one year now. Repeated calls and messages to their customer service department have not helped - it's always that the tower is being upgraded, or they will get back to me, etc. Dropped calls, zero bars, poor internet connection, and signal strengths below -100 dbm are the norm. Have experienced this in Donelson, downtown, and in the West End / Vanderbilt / Hillsboro areas. My contract just ended, and I am switching carriers.

I have never had PERFECT reception in Tennessee with these guys, but I have recently moved to this area and my jaw drops with frustration. I will be sitting there waiting for a response to my text and check 20 min later and find out they don't send. I have to try 2-3 times to get my phone to connect for a phone call, and the 4G is actually okay for some reason some times, but there are times where it's just complete (blank). My house is at the top of a hill, and I'll have to go upstairs to get my texts to send and calls to connect sometimes. Not cool T-Mobile... . NOT cool. Definitely considering switching.

Verizon just called and said they cannot improve or provide service as contracted. They release me from my contract. WTF? Even more troubling is the lack of alternatives!

When we first moved in Madison, I got 1 bar with the iPhone 4S. For three years I could not make or receive calls in or around my home, very problematic. In the last three months I have been able to make and receive calls around the home. If only I could get a steady 3G signal in stores.

I have no ability to make calls / texts downtown, and virtually no reception along Elm Hill and onto Donelson. Coverage is very spotty everywhere: I can use my phone on Nolensville but not at the zoo. I am very dissatisfied with their coverage.

Very poor reception with dropped calls. Called Verizon and they sent a tech out to check the area - confirmed as a marginal area, which is very disappointing considering my location. I am two miles east of the Nashville airport - not what I would call in the middle of the boonies.
