Live down here by the branch and Swaffords Knob... . I must say that my place is the one on the map with no service. You might get a signal outside, but calls get dropped. Bought a cell signal booster, But it doesn't help much with the closest tower being Riceville or Delano. Someone should put a tower right here. I was paying $118 a month at Verizon for unlimited everything on 1 line. Needless to say, they were not able to resolve my issues with the purchase of a network extender linked off my Hughes Net Ultra low speed internet satellite service. I have since got my service thru Red Pocket, at a WHOPPER of a deal for $240 per year! Needful to say, their customer support ALWAYS has to place you on hold so they can Google your issue, and try to solve your problem. But can't... . Then they call their Tier 2 Tech Support to get help interpreting the Google instructions and make a simple fix a 4 hour tag team event. If in I had to deal with them more often, I would go back to Verizon. I use the same cell towers, but have less priority to service and slower data when there is heavy traffic. Overall, someone needs to erect a tower out here, because otherwise we have spotty service at best. VEC / Twin Lakes are supposed to be laying fibers optics in our area, and has spray painted some roads to direct the crew to run it As soon as they offer it, everyone is going to get it here... ... Needless to say... ..

AT&T should be sued for providing such lousy cellular service in Cohutta Ga and many other rural areas where a phone is sometimes more vital for people living far away from most hospitals,stores, etc. AT&T was once fairly good. Now it's total sh!t

I love the reception but AT&T tells me I am a racist and am too white to use them. So I am looking for another carrier. I had been a life long use of Verizon and was terribly disappointed when I moved here to Hixson that their reception was horrible. They need to get their act in gear so I can stop being the "racist" that AT&T thinks that I am

Service was available for all rafting business,forest rangers and many more until the end of July. Now there is no service at all at the put-in.Verizon is the only service you can use on the ocoee and it's super unfortunate it's no longer available at one of the most vital spots on the river.

Close to trews store, service was decent for past four years now next to nothing. Constant dropping connection and doesn’t reconnect without restarting my phone then usually still no connection. This started about 5 weeks ago. Verizon needs to address this ASAP. I plan to get StarLink Internet service as soon as it’s available and run my voice and data through their WiFi and then I’m switching to the cheapest wireless provider I can find as soon as I’m on StarLink.

Customer for over 20 years started out good but last year very sorry. Told many people how good it was. If not fixed soon I will tell everyone how sorry it is At least talk to us about the plan to fix it. Drop calls and slow to no signal.
