I have been with Verizon for years and am unsure why I remain with them at this point. The service, particularly in the Big Ridge area, is poor at best. Dropped calls from lack of signal is not uncommon.

The Reception on Harrison Bay Rd and Also around Harrison Bay Park is very poor. Its like every 50 ft. has 1 bar to 3 bars but mostly 2 bars and all call will drop after use for 1 minute. So just about from Hwy. 58 to the park is very bad!

Been with Verizon ten years. Signal has been good most of that time but lately it's deteriorated considerably, usually two bars. Can't make calls in the house any more. Verizon gave me a remanufactured phone but it has not helped. Tired of going out in my back yard to make calls! Problem is, other carriers are apparently no better!

On Hixson Pike between Casandra Smith Rd.and Chester Frost Rd Data sucks. Big Ridge between Fairview Rd and Marina Cove Dr. the telephone reception is very poor. Drop outs on every call.

I got this iPhone 5s being promised by T-Mobile staff, that in this area where I live is great reception for data and call quality use. The call quality is not so great drops calls every now and then. Bars go from 5 to 0 with just a sudden move. Internet (data) coverage is just horrific. Literally just to download the review page took 12 min. They call that great! Terrible. Do not waste your time with T-Mobile its terrible here. As one reviewer wrote and it is true all the way to Chattanooga, TN is the same. AGAIN NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME. T-Mobile YOUR GONE TOMORROW

our phones do not work in certain spots at our home. an area of michigan avenue also is dead zone. other than that, just great! we can text when we cannot call for some reason.

I only had a few dropped calls and frozen internet at times around lookout mountain and cleveland Tn. But some of the service specialist lost all my info after claiming to be a problem specialist. So for all of us that are not up to date on smartphones, please advise them to back up all there data before up dating there smartphones.

I have practically no reception at my house meaning that I have to stand in the exact spot that moves daily to even make a call. People try to call me all the time and my phone NEVER RINGS! I can sometimes text and receive texts but again in the special spot that is constantly changing in my house. Very frustrated! I don't even think about using internet service even though I'm paying for it. I have lived at this location 5 yrs and it has always been this bad. Would love to switch to something that would pick up, since we dropped our landline when we moved here. Would like to go with Sprint for the better price.
