I'm disappointed because I just signed a two year contract with them. AT&T is much better. Was this review helpful to you?

Dropped calls all the times, I can't get calls half the time I'm home and our cell phones are our only phones. we got rid of the home phone, but what a mistake ! I can't reach my family if they are home or vice versa, Sprint reception is horrible! Was this review helpful to you?
Just about finished with two year contract. Would like same service with unlimited data and cheaper bill. Doing research. Was this review helpful to you?
We spend more time standing in our yard trying to talk than we do inside the house due to pitiful, almost non existant reception. U.S. Cellular doesn't listen to complaints and will lose our business soon. Was this review helpful to you?
Loads of dropped calls near Hardin Valley Rd&Campbell StationWas this review helpful to you?
I have had AT&T since I've had a cell. Been thinking about changing as calls ALWAYS drop on Pelli Pkwy, and any other juncture between Northshore and Kingston Pike around Westland Dr. and surrounding areas. Was this review helpful to you?
On the T-Mobile map the 200 or so feet around my house says "satisfactory" "using 3g speeds" but I'm lucky to be at 2g, glad I have WiFi. As soon as I get onto Clinton hwy, near oak ridge or onto pellissippi Pkwy. I'm at 3g and 4g. I am very disgruntled. Called T-Mobile they told me I was in a bad spot. Was this review helpful to you?
Cell coverage is great in Knoxville and Clinton. 4G is pretty solid in Knox and Clinton. Occasional bad areas but overall strong. Would recommend if you commute Clinton and Knoxville. Was this review helpful to you?
I have sprint. As far as reception goes, it is great. I've only had an unintentional dropped call three times in a year. As far as data speed goes, it is pretty slow. Really slow. There is no 4G data from Sprint in this city or Knoxville. That is a fact you can prove by going to their website and looking for your city. So, there is no point in upgrading a 3G phone. Was this review helpful to you?
