I can't recieve or make a phone call (on WiFi either) or retrieve text messages. Very frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
We switched from Verizon to Sprint to cut our bill while still getting all the things we had before. Sprint came highly recommended by several of our friends so we made the switch. Big mistake. The reception at our house is aweful. With Verizon it was perfect, so I never imagined I would have aweful service with Sprint. When I am out and about, the service is usually fine. But I would like to be able to use my own phone in my own house! And I cant without the call being dropped several times. We can't wait for the contract to be up in 2 years so we can switch back to Verizon. I will gladly pay the higher bill for Verizon to get reliable cell service. We really wish we hadn't switched. Was this review helpful to you?
Phones pick up great when close to Knoxville (5 bars of 4g service, blazing fast). BUT when in the Gibbs / Corryton area, it bounces between NO Service and 2 bars of 2g service. It drops calls inside and outside. Very limited and choppy service in this area. I am planning to return the phones. I also have some AT&T phones which get decent coverage, but the T-Mobile coverage is very poor in this area. Was this review helpful to you?
Good reception (usually about 3 bars of 3g) in the Gibbs / Corryton area when I am outside. Inside my home, it picks up near a window, but will drop calls if I walk around in my house. Was this review helpful to you?

I have had great coverage with US Cellular everywhere I go. With AT&T, I dropped about 5 calls every day. With US Cellular, I have dropped about 5 calls in the last year. The only place I have ever been unable to get a signal is inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and one tiny dead spot on Hwy. 61 in Marlow. Otherwise, I have had a signal everywhere I've traveled. One thing I have learned: the phone itself has a bit to do with connections. My previous phone was a Motorola, which reportedly has the best antennas, and I have had a few more dropped calls since I switched to an HTC.Was this review helpful to you?
Switched from Sprint to US Cellular. US Cellular blows Sprint out of the water. No more dead spots and I can actually use the phone from inside my home! Was this review helpful to you?
I only get reception in certain areas of my house. Calls are always choppyWas this review helpful to you?
always getting complaints from friends about not being able to contact me by phone or text. I have noticed that it also tends to hold my texts and not send them out. Weak service, poor service. Was this review helpful to you?
