I have had great coverage with US Cellular everywhere I go. With AT&T, I dropped about 5 calls every day. With US Cellular, I have dropped about 5 calls in the last year. The only place I have ever been unable to get a signal is inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and one tiny dead spot on Hwy. 61 in Marlow. Otherwise, I have had a signal everywhere I've traveled. One thing I have learned: the phone itself has a bit to do with connections. My previous phone was a Motorola, which reportedly has the best antennas, and I have had a few more dropped calls since I switched to an HTC.Was this review helpful to you?
Switched from Sprint to US Cellular. US Cellular blows Sprint out of the water. No more dead spots and I can actually use the phone from inside my home! Was this review helpful to you?
I only get reception in certain areas of my house. Calls are always choppyWas this review helpful to you?
always getting complaints from friends about not being able to contact me by phone or text. I have noticed that it also tends to hold my texts and not send them out. Weak service, poor service. Was this review helpful to you?
Reception poor - very spotty. Have to find a spot where you get reception and don't move as it will be lost, and sometimes if you don't move, it will still cut off.Was this review helpful to you?
Poor reception to no reception on site. Horrible in buildings. Was this review helpful to you?
no AT&T service while camping or anywhere close by. AT&T service in Knoxville has been very bad for the last 6 months for everyone that I know with this carrier. Will be changing at the end of my contract next month! Was this review helpful to you?
The whole area from Morell Rd.to Pelissippi Pkwy. is horrible. The phone constantly changes from Edge to 3G and each time it changes, it's "searching" for a while. It's not seamless at all. Every single call... ..EVERY ONE drops in my house. Blech... .I work for ATT and I'm thinking about switching to VZN.Was this review helpful to you?
I came out here from San Diego where the reception wasGreat 5 bars constantly now I'm lucky if I get 1 or 2 bars I drop so many important calls it's not funny. The AT&T rep Saipan I could BUY a home transceiver for my hom for $150 dollars ! Let's do the math here 3GS $99 - transceiver $159 =250+ tax and monthly payment for phone usage another 100+ so that come out to roughly $400 ! I could buy a couple Delors for that damm AT&TWas this review helpful to you?
