My daughter and I live 2 houses apart in a cove. We switched from ATT to T-Mobile for half the price. AT&T wasn't great, my daughter had almost no service although I did. With T-Mobile we can hardly talk to each other, reception goes in and out—-can you hear me, can you hear me??? Many times the calls fail. I also have the same problem speaking to my best friend in Bartlett. It goes in and out and we can hardly converse.

I have been with Verizon for over a decade. Their service has gradually gone down the tubes. And lately, Verizon has greatly disappointed me. I have not had any major problem with the signal until last month. I got one or two bars at the most, and this went on all day. A month passed, no improvement. So I upped the plan but I still only get one bar during I am guessing peak times. The download speed is still atrocious. Then, I stumbled across this website and it looks like there is only one tower in Millington. I think there are way too many customers for Verizon to handle, and the covid maybe has added to the situation. There really isn't much else to do besides stand outside or next to a window to make a phone call after I Verizon's high prices to get this ebb and flow of service.

my mom is here visiting me in Munford Tn and has no phone Service since 8pm Wed(10 / 13 / 21).shes unable to make calls or answer calls, attempts to make or receive calls phone automatically hangs up

From inside the house and back yard I can call out but bad text service, and internet is a total failure except after 2am till 6am ! I've come to the conclusion that the internet service cannot compensate for the people are on the network.

We have lived here for 16 years and never great service with AT&T, phone upgrades do not help. AT&T tech suggested getting a new SIM card ever year. NO help. Calls drop when we pull in our subdivision and only have one bar in my house for the last 2 years. I need another provider with good towers!
