Data is very slow despite the phone being "refreshed" by Sprint. Have recently had issues with dropped calls and ones where one party doesn't hear the other. Sprint says there are towers down near by and this is probably true. Didn't have problems with calls when we first got the service. Data seems slow throughout the area most of the time. In the end result we should be getting more value for our dollars then what we are getting.Was this review helpful to you?
Calls often drop and frequently they partially connect. Data is OK but some texts get lost and suddenly appear much later.Was this review helpful to you?
Can't even place calls in most of the house, and when you finally do get bars, the call usually drops. Data is not great either really slow. This is a shock because we pay good $$ to be on Verizon for speed and call quality.Was this review helpful to you?
I had to drive out of Millington to get call to my sister this morning. I have a lot of dropped calls with Sprint and very disappointed in their service in the Millington, TN area.Was this review helpful to you?
Been with Sprint for a while but when they changed over to this new Sprint spark service everything has gotten horrible slow movement and they claim it's supposed to be faster that's bull not being unable to talk on the phone and check the web at the same time really where they do that at O yeah SPRINT... .Was this review helpful to you?
For the past 3 months I have logged at least 5 hours talking with tech support about the increasingly numerous dropped calls, no call availability or terrible reception either in my house in my yard or in my car driving to and from down 51. They have twice suggested I go with another company after replacing my phone, replacing Sim card and offering a 250.00 cell signal boost package. Now what? I was with Family Mobile which is a sub company of T Mobile. For months I worked with the company repeatedly to solve my cell phone at home signal problem. Finally we came to the conclusion that the signal is just poor at my house. However only two blocks away my phone has full bars. So I switched to T Mobile and so far the same problem exist. I have driven through the neighborhood while monitoring my signal strength and find out there are a lot of cell phone dead zones in this area. I was a T-Mobile customers before and I did not have this problem from this location. And for years my Family Mobile service was good from this location. It appears that the more cell companies try to add features the worst personal cell phone signals become. That statement includes other service providers not just the ones mentioned.Was this review helpful to you?
I actually have Boost Mobile coverage, wasn't listed so used U.S. Celluar. I have an Android, live on base and have Little to No coverage in my home or office bldg. My calls come in after I leave the bldg or get off base. I have Ritter Cable Wi-fi and still cannot make a call, get a call, send a text - it is the worst. I had Sprint and couldn't get any service so switched to Boost and it hasn't helped. It has to be that there are little to no towers out here in Millington. I tried one morning to call base security and had no bars to do so. After reading all the reviews here, not sure what service to go with, they all seem to do poorly.Was this review helpful to you?
Must use my wifi, never get more than a bar. Lots of roaming. For what I pay, IT SHOULD BE A LOT BETTER.Was this review helpful to you?
