My daughter and I live 2 houses apart in a cove. We switched from ATT to T-Mobile for half the price. AT&T wasn't great, my daughter had almost no service although I did. With T-Mobile we can hardly talk to each other, reception goes in and out—-can you hear me, can you hear me??? Many times the calls fail. I also have the same problem speaking to my best friend in Bartlett. It goes in and out and we can hardly converse.

Reception is terrible. I kept thinking it would get better but has been dreadful for several years. 1 to 3 bars at best.

We are in the process of moving to Decatur County TN. The only thing T-Mobile concentrates on is metro areas. Also, they lie. When trying to fix several issues I was told one lie after the other, I recorded for possible training purposes. If you never plan on leaving a metro area, even for a trip, go for it. However, leave that cluster of tight close spaces and you are on your on. Use them at your own risk.

From inside the house and back yard I can call out but bad text service, and internet is a total failure except after 2am till 6am ! I've come to the conclusion that the internet service cannot compensate for the people are on the network.

We just moved into a home on Cordova Rd. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 13yrs but the coverage here seems to be severely lacking. I’m only averaging 2 bars ☹️ It’s very disappointing.

Since August 14, my phone calls has been constantly dropping, messages may or may not go / come through. I have spoken with AT&T so many times and has tried so many different things to get this back working. Every time I called, I was told that the problem will be fixed the very next day. That was a lie. I have been in my home for over 15 years and has been with AT&T over 20 and this has never happened, Now all of a sudden I'm told I have really bad service in my area. Spoke with someone the other day and yesterday and I was told that the towers are now working properly. Another lie, I guess. The problems has now become worse. I can't even be on the phone for a good 10 minutes, if that long and my cuts off and it keeps saying out of service or emergency calls only. As soon as I leave my driveway, it cuts off and I am unable to use it until I drive to Macon. This is so very frustrating, I guess it's time for me to break up with AT&T and go else where, because this is ridiculous and I am at my breaking point.
