We are in the process of moving to Decatur County TN. The only thing T-Mobile concentrates on is metro areas. Also, they lie. When trying to fix several issues I was told one lie after the other, I recorded for possible training purposes. If you never plan on leaving a metro area, even for a trip, go for it. However, leave that cluster of tight close spaces and you are on your on. Use them at your own risk.

From inside the house and back yard I can call out but bad text service, and internet is a total failure except after 2am till 6am ! I've come to the conclusion that the internet service cannot compensate for the people are on the network.

Since August 14, my phone calls has been constantly dropping, messages may or may not go / come through. I have spoken with AT&T so many times and has tried so many different things to get this back working. Every time I called, I was told that the problem will be fixed the very next day. That was a lie. I have been in my home for over 15 years and has been with AT&T over 20 and this has never happened, Now all of a sudden I'm told I have really bad service in my area. Spoke with someone the other day and yesterday and I was told that the towers are now working properly. Another lie, I guess. The problems has now become worse. I can't even be on the phone for a good 10 minutes, if that long and my cuts off and it keeps saying out of service or emergency calls only. As soon as I leave my driveway, it cuts off and I am unable to use it until I drive to Macon. This is so very frustrating, I guess it's time for me to break up with AT&T and go else where, because this is ridiculous and I am at my breaking point.

Called AT&T twice. Both times said ticket opened. Tried everything they told me to do. Still no coverage. Unbelievable in East Memphis. Wow. Talking to Verizon this weekend. Hopefully they can do better. AT&T has stolen money from me several times and outright lied. Pitiful. If this was the old west, there would be less varmits in this world. Just sayin.

Very slow or no connection. Long distance calls drop regularly. I can hear them, they cannot hear me. Complaint after complaint and no resolution. Apple store has checked phone ok. Complaint filled with congressman and still no resolution with att.

I typically get 1 bar of LTE service. Not work the ridiculous amount of money I pay. Will be cancelling soon. If you live in this area do not use ATT!

Lots of dropped call. Virtually no LTE service. Upload and download speeds less than 1mbps. Service seems to be getting worse, upgraded to new phone and iOS 10 did not make things any better. Extremely disappointed!

Absolutely terrible. At work on poplar and 240 I get download speeds up to 28mbps. At home, whether peak or off peak times I'm lucky to get 3mbps. I'm usually around 500kbps. Really can't do much, my iPhone has a hard time even sending iMessages on the network.
