T-Mobile

My daughter and I live 2 houses apart in a cove. We switched from ATT to T-Mobile for half the price. AT&T wasn't great, my daughter had almost no service although I did. With T-Mobile we can hardly talk to each other, reception goes in and out—-can you hear me, can you hear me??? Many times the calls fail. I also have the same problem speaking to my best friend in Bartlett. It goes in and out and we can hardly converse.

Reception is terrible. I kept thinking it would get better but has been dreadful for several years. 1 to 3 bars at best.

We get one bar, sometimes. Calls drop multiple times a day. True of all the neighbors too.

Went for Sprint to T-Mobile now I have lousy service have to use wifi to make call as long as I was with Sprint no problem

We are in the process of moving to Decatur County TN. The only thing T-Mobile concentrates on is metro areas. Also, they lie. When trying to fix several issues I was told one lie after the other, I recorded for possible training purposes. If you never plan on leaving a metro area, even for a trip, go for it. However, leave that cluster of tight close spaces and you are on your on. Use them at your own risk.

From inside the house and back yard I can call out but bad text service, and internet is a total failure except after 2am till 6am ! I've come to the conclusion that the internet service cannot compensate for the people are on the network.

Just moved here two months ago. Son is a realtor and cannot come visit anymore because he is not receiving leads on his phone. He has Verizon with no service here. I have AT&T with one bar! I pay $140 per month and he pays $235 per month. That would be $375 per year for both of us and neither one of us can talk with I call him or he calls me. Where he lives, he is just fine. All of my neighbors have the same complaint. So I am looking at a land line--it is that bad. Considering calling the Public Service Commission to see if they even care. This is terrible service that we pay for. It is robbery from AT&T.

We have lived here for 16 years and never great service with AT&T, phone upgrades do not help. AT&T tech suggested getting a new SIM card ever year. NO help. Calls drop when we pull in our subdivision and only have one bar in my house for the last 2 years. I need another provider with good towers!
