Worst phone service ever! Call failed in my house on the 1st floor, 7 times in 20 mins. This was after a network reset, PRL tower update and physically turning the phone off and on. I would not recommend Sprint to anyone!

I have been with T.Mobile for 13 years. I have been extremely happy with them in the past. No problems. Then I moved to Grove City and can't complete a phone call without complaints that my voice went out or is suddenly muffled. I go outside and reception is fine. I go to Columbus and all is good. Please, please do something about t hi is reception problem

Verizon will not work anywhere in Bexley. Go inside a building and you have one bar of 1x or completely dead.

I live near here and signal level is POOR. Often down to zero bars on LTE Band 2 and Band 4 only devices, or E {Edge-2G} Outdoors. Band 12 should have improved performance but it is a marginal improvement, only enough to get a bar of LTE data indoors, actual apps still assert "No internet connection" T-Mobile has provided me an LTE Cellspot so that my indoor reception is fully 5 bars but once outside the walls of my home or if device is offline due to a home internet outage That LTE signal shoots down to -109 db outdoors {1 or 2 bars} or straight down, indoors to -125 db {1 bar sometimes 0 with rotating circle above the bar reception symbol.

NO service along Hilliard Rome Rd. Cannot communicate at all when out shopping along this area. Both my phone and my husbands will not send or receive texts or access internet. NO GOOD!

I live in the Smith Farms Condos. My signal drops all of the time. Too bad. Cricket Wireless works great everywhere else except in my condo.
