AT&T
One bar most of time, half of calls go right to VM... .takes multiple efforts to call out. Terrible dead spot here.

This is pretty much a dead zone for my phone. I can literally turn my head while on a call and go from full bars and 4G to No Service. I will pull into my parking spot outside my apartment and the same thing, but back the car up a foot and back to full service. It's not anything in the building interfering either because I can take a walk around the neighborhood and the same thing happens. One step, no service, two more steps, full bars, rinse, repeat. It's not the phone either, because it did this with my previous phone. Needless to say, I am on this, with my keys in hand ready to head out to a new cell phone provider store. I just wanted to read reviews before I decided which one. Apparently Upper Arlington sucks for cell phone service in general though...

Customer service people don't know what they are saying and are completely ignorant and unqualified to work. They have no clue what they are saying.get away from this phone carrier.run fast opposite direction.

Terrible phone reception, if any at all! I've been with T-Mobile for years, but if I can't get reception in my own house, I am going to be forced to switch carriers!

Most days at home we have one or two bars, sometimes none. I often work from home and this is a problem and is terrible for my business. In the last week this has happened 3 different days. I was sitting at my desk with my phone next to me. The phone didn't ring, but I did receive a voicemail notification immediately afterwards. Then I missed 2 calls from a client and later when I talked to him, he mentioned that he tried to get a hold of me. Today one of my clients called 5 different times over a 2 1 / 2 hour period. Since he didn't leave a message I didn't get a voicemail notification. I finally received the last call. To say he wasn't happy is an understatement. I will have to change my business cards to my home phone number or switch to a different carrier. Same goes for my husband's cell phone. Service is poor.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint a year ago due to the fact that I was using to much data at the gym and I had expensive phone bills. I should of stayed with Verizon. I am so sick of having unlimited data and it doesn't work! You have been warned. Due not switch to Sprint

I moved to Columbus Ohio 3 weeks ago from NJ. In Nj service was perfect no issues in 9 years. Moved here now we get dropped or no calls always like 1 bar or none. I've been waiting on some important calls and possibly missed them cause AT&T sucks now.

Almost no signal at all, but every few minutes a little comes through. Never, ever reaches full strength. Commonly takes a minute or more to load a page. Calls drop. I moved here to Clintonville from N. KY where I had zero problems.

I live in Atlanta, but work here in Columbus. In Atlanta, my phone works everywhere. Here in Columbus, it's horrible. Sometimes I show 4 bars, but can get no data network. Ping just times out. Other time, I get 1 or 2 bars, and can't even make a phone call. It's just horrible here.
