T-Mobile
I was having very poor signal. Called T-Mobile support, and they sent me a signal booster for my home, which helped significantly. I have an AT&T phone for work, and it is very slow during normal business hours on LTE. Tmobile's HSPA+ SPANKS AT&T LTE on data speeds. During peak usage hours, AT&T is often on EDGE data speeds!

Rideour Rd and Stygler Rd. Reception is fair, signal decreases very significantly in my house. Support is friendly but seem very unreliable in doing what they say they will do, necessitating numerous calls to get things right.

I use my phone for texting and voice no data usage and it works every time without dropped calls when I am in the Columbus area. There are dead areas when I travel outside the city. The service is excellent but the cost is too high.

I've been with Sprint for over 15 years dealing with poor phone service, dropped calls and lies from customer service. Sprint is a company that literally cares nothing about customers who have been loyal to them. My contract is up and I was in a Metro PCS store yesterday. Needless to say, I'm filing my divorce papers from Sprint, today! I'm done!

We use an I phone for work. If I need to send e-mail, there is NO sense in trying in my area. This has been a problem since 1994 : dropped calls, terrible reception, cannot connect with web, etc. Complained several times... .always paid 3 months ahead... they terminated me, with an +$18 balance, then sent me a bill for the last 2 months of the contract. Coverage died just north of Columbus Convention Center so I had to either go downtown, or up to 4th Ave and High St. to use my phone (that was a Motorola). In my opinion, the FCC should investigate a behavior pattern that may be borderline criminal.

Been with Sprint for over 10yrs and I cant take it anymore! Im tired of hearing about the promises and tower upgrades that are "coming". I used to defend Sprint but I have reached my limit. I really wanted Sprint to fulfil their promises and get their network back on track but I just cant wait any longer. The 3G is completely USELESS! LTE is barely available and even then I'm only getting 3-4Mbps. My girlfriend has T-Mobile and on their HSPA+ network she gets 9-10Mbps! LTE on T-Mobile is even better! My contract with Sprint is up in a few months and I'm going to head over to T-Mobile. Hell atleast ill be able to use my phone when I'm not on wifi... .

Ever since I have moved into my newly built home in 2009 I have had horrible reception, dropped calls and at times not even 3g. It all depends what part of the house, garage or even yard I am in. I am between 0 and 3 bars and it constantly changes even when I am still. No help from Verizon whom I've been with for many years. I came to this site in hopes of finding a neighbor with a different carrier / reception. I understand Verizon sells a booster for $300 but somehow that just doesn't seem fair to me. I live in Franklin County not Hocking County
