Verizon is terrible at Willoughby. Data is available but never works and I had 1X for a few hours because LTE was down one time. Even after it was fixed LTE, even today, remains nearly useless.Was this review helpful to you?
Been with Verizon almost 10 years and always had at least 3 bars and above (out of 5 max) all year round. In the last 3 to 4 years, it has gone down hill. Now we get 2 bars at best. If I am in the basement, it drops to 1 bar and calls fade in and out.Was this review helpful to you?

Poor reception in house except in my study where I have a Verizon (made by Samsung) extender. One part hanging on the window, the other plugged into my internet connection. This works fine.Was this review helpful to you?
I've been with Sprint for 16 years. And also have worked in the same location for just as long. Never any problems with my phones until about 5 weeks ago. All my streaming came to a screeching halt! The only thing I can is listen to Audiobooks (if I download them at home). Been on the phone with Sprint several times and went to the store. finally they ordered me a replacement phone and it didn't work. the upgraded me to the next gen. came to work today... .same problem.Was this review helpful to you?

At&T cell service is expensive and it is awful. Drops calls all the time thats only if I can get a bar on my phone. ***************WARNING!! The cell phone customer service is even worse. I have spent hours on the phone with up to 9 people without getting anywhere. They should be sued. Other times I have been on the phone for a few minutes, long enough for them to get my account open and ask a question and then the cell service goes out. They never, ever, call you back even though they were talking to you and know your phone number. Avoid them like the pledge. Lotts more radiation to their service as well. I hope they have been putting money in a cancer fund for all the people they have affected... ..Was this review helpful to you?
