My 92 year old father, who had a heart attack last October, has an LG cell phone through AT&T. He has no service since Wednesday. Today is Sunday. It was reported to AT&T and we went in to AT&T in Strongsville. They said the wire in the tower is not working for LG phones but for smartphones it is. So, if you have an emergency or are having a heart attack, you / he needs to get in his car and drive outside of North Royalton to get service in his cell. How ridiculous is this??? I have contacted the tv news stations and the NR police dept about this. I am very disappointed in AT&T’s apathetic responses regarding senior citizens with LG phones they use for phone calls. Very weak signal. Rarely have a phone conversation which isn't interrupted because of loss of signal. So frustrating. All Sprint store employees could suggest is to always have wi-fi on which I do and it hasn't improved signal. For important calls I have to walk way down street... really inconvenient in inclement weather.Was this review helpful to you?
Been with Verizon almost 10 years and always had at least 3 bars and above (out of 5 max) all year round. In the last 3 to 4 years, it has gone down hill. Now we get 2 bars at best. If I am in the basement, it drops to 1 bar and calls fade in and out.Was this review helpful to you?
