Cannot make or receive calls from inside my apartment. ATT tells me a 3G MicroCell will fix my problem at a cost of $150. I signed up on Skype for $2.99 a month for out going. For incoming, I go outside and check my voice mail. All this for $40 a month to ATT.Was this review helpful to you?

Verizon service was great until august 2010! Tech support will not help with dropped calls and poor reception. I hope a class action lawsuit will be brought about.How can a company provide great service then fall to the bottom when you have a two year contract with them.Was this review helpful to you?
Too many dropped calls since July... situation getting worse. Told by Verizon Westlake branch that there were new towers being raised in Elyria and it should only be 1 month more before situation improves. I was also told that there were many in BV who had continuous dropped calls. Not able to get good reception unless in my backyard... hope everything improves before winter!Was this review helpful to you?
I have a personal and a work line both from Verizon. Can't take calls inside my house on either one. I have to go outside to receive calls. Also frequent call drops.Was this review helpful to you?
I Never had any problems with Alltel. Now Verizon took over and it's a nightmare. I'm constantly dropping calls or going in and out of garble-land on non-dropped calls. Everybody in the house is having issues with a variety of phones. Tech note: I'm usually on the 2nd floor by a window, not in a nuclear bunker.Was this review helpful to you?
For the past 6 months no reception at all on Fairmount, from Richmond Rd.to Warrensville Circle going westbound and from Green Rd.to Brainard going eastbound! SOS calls only. AlthoughTmobile's customer service is usually really good for other things, they were quite unsympathetic, telling me that is a known trouble spot. I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost 4 years and will be switching.Was this review helpful to you?
