I Never had any problems with Alltel. Now Verizon took over and it's a nightmare. I'm constantly dropping calls or going in and out of garble-land on non-dropped calls. Everybody in the house is having issues with a variety of phones. Tech note: I'm usually on the 2nd floor by a window, not in a nuclear bunker.

For the past 6 months no reception at all on Fairmount, from Richmond Rd.to Warrensville Circle going westbound and from Green Rd.to Brainard going eastbound! SOS calls only. AlthoughTmobile's customer service is usually really good for other things, they were quite unsympathetic, telling me that is a known trouble spot. I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost 4 years and will be switching.

My phone goes into roaming around 9am and stays in till after midnight.I have called,gotten a new phone and still no service,they say it is because I live on the Lake,but I have lived here 10 years.,also 2 Blackberry phones have the same problem

Excellent reception, almost always full bars of 3G outside and in most of my house. I even pick up around 3 bars in my basement.

Sprint reception is almost non-existent in Broadview Heights. On most days I have zero bars outside, but once in a blue moon I'll have one bar - which is still too choppy to have a conversation.

Sprint is great in Downtown Cleveland, however, I do run into problems heading east towards Cleveland Heights area... barely have one or two bars there... Still, I rarely have problems, and I am very satisfied with Sprint's service.

I have never had an issue with Sprint here, and around all of Lakewood. Never drop calls, and Sprint internet connection is the fastest out of the major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Tmobile). Very pleased. I do have friends who have Verizon that have issues with their service.

Reception with Sprint is very poor. Calls drop all the time. One bar at best.. Need new towers badly. Why buy a new 4G phone if you don;t have access to the 3G network?

Verizon Wireless calls frequently drop in Bay Village. Right now I have 1 bar, and the other line usually sounds choppy. Avoid Verizon in Bay Village.
