Chagrin Falls is tough for every carrier. After reading a post below I went to T-Mobile since no carrier works in our home or office. With WiFi calling we now have 5 bars of coverage in our home and office. Perfect fit. Also, I am a regional director and travel a lot and had been a VZ user for years and can't notice a difference in coverage while driving. They are the way to go cheap rate plans and coverage!

On a good day, near a window, I will get a bar or two. If the battery is low, forget it. Most frustrating part is that calls don't make it, but I'll get a text telling me I have a voicemail. Coventry is a total dead zone

I get virtually no reception in my house or a work which is a mile away. I have to go outside or upstairs to get any reception. Wish Apple went with Verizon.
