Most buildings, including basements have 2 or 3 / 4 bars Past T-Mobile customer, decent service, but not in basements or some buildings Back in the old days of green screen nokias with external antennas, I had Cingular and that was rotten, dropped calls almost daily

I live in Euclid, work in Eastlake, have traveled many states and the Verizon coverage is beautiful. In Rocky River on Wagar Rd.(w210) between the police station and Walgreens, 1 bar tops. In the Spencer Rd.area I have to be outside to make a call. Are there any towers in Rocky River, Ohio?

Have had Sprint for 9 years. Don't know why. In Fairview Park reception has always been very poor. On the other hand, everywhere else it is good. If you need a cellphone with good reception and use it mostly in Fairview Park, I do not recommend Sprint.

I can't believe I've had Cingulair for 2 years, and now I suddenly get little to no reception! When I called the company, they told me that Razor's don't get good reception, and that there is little else they could do for me! Thank God my contract is up in August.

I originally loved all the amenities this cell phone had to offer. The last year or so it has gotten worse. I get a lot of dropped calls and calls missed. I am really displeased with this service and I don't like throwing money away.

Terrible reception that just keeps getting worse! Had the biggest run around from Spring - hours spent on the phone. Last two days when I called them on my cell they asked to call back on my landline as they couldn't hear me! Finally got them to agree to cancel the contract without a termination fee, but I really had to work at it and speak to about 5 different people. If you live in Rocky River, I would stay away from Sprint.
