I'm ready to give up. Been with TMobile since Aug 2016. First 2 yes we're awesome. I couldn't believe it. Why would anyone go anywhere else. The price was spectacular. This past year it slowly deteriorated till a month they told me I needed a new that my inner antenna was bad. I paid $250 for a new one same results. At first it seemed better. Then about a week into it I realized it was get worse. They sent me 2 boxes to enhance the connection. Again at first it seemed better but now I'm ready to slit my throat I'm so angry. Oh and I have usually 4 to 5 bars at all times. Im dirt poor I work hard for about $11 hr and I own a home. So I can't afford to spend $200 a month on a cell phone and wifi. Pls! T-Mobile is doing something dirty. IDK what but they are. They all eventually act like AT&T thieves. Too bad.Was this review helpful to you?
Just moved to Cleveland and got Verizon because I was told it is the best. I have almost no service in the house, even if I stand by a window. My daughter has a T-Mobile phone, and she has full service in the house. I can’t live like this. Since I’m in my 14 day service trial, I’m going to switch.Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage is always strong. Download speeds of 100 Meg and Uploads of 15 Meg. Internet is actually 5X faster than wired cable internet with Cox. I now have a tethered phone with USB 3.0 hooked to a wireless router to provide WiFi for my entire house via T-Mobile service. I am truly a cord cutter now. Shame on the cable company which is hardwired and providing such low speed.Was this review helpful to you?
Unable to make or receive calls or texts. Voicemails never received. Dead zone. This is an urban area with multiple Verizon stores close. Time to support your customers with infrastructure. Has been an issue for years. Have called multiple times- nothing has changed.Was this review helpful to you?

My 92 year old father, who had a heart attack last October, has an LG cell phone through AT&T. He has no service since Wednesday. Today is Sunday. It was reported to AT&T and we went in to AT&T in Strongsville. They said the wire in the tower is not working for LG phones but for smartphones it is. So, if you have an emergency or are having a heart attack, you / he needs to get in his car and drive outside of North Royalton to get service in his cell. How ridiculous is this??? I have contacted the tv news stations and the NR police dept about this. I am very disappointed in AT&T’s apathetic responses regarding senior citizens with LG phones they use for phone calls. Awful Verizon signal in Westlake. I cannot make it across town without dropping a call. Embarrassing lack of support from Verizon on this issue. Have lived here for over 7 years with zero improvement.Was this review helpful to you?
